We stop here every Christmas when we visit family in Hot Springs Village and look forward to a "Shackburger". But this time disappointed with the food quality. The bun and lettuce were not fresh. It may have been the timing of our visit since it was right before Christmas but definitely not their best. We will try again next year when we visit the Village again.

We are a full service fine dining restaurant. We serve handcrafted, authentic Italian meals. Great atmosphere and great food. We open at 5 PM and stop seating people at 8 PM. Reservations are highly recommended.
Italian House and Grill was always a good place to eat. It's not the world's finest italian cuisine, but it is very good. Service has always been excellent!!! Time will tell if the new management/ownership impacts the experience. The restaurant seating area is small which lends a hole-in-the-wall, romantic vibe.

We are very unique full service coffee bar that also provides gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads & desserts! Locally owned & operated!
I enjoyed a Chicken Salad Sandwich $4.95 & a cup of Potato Soup $2.50, which contained small chunks of potatoes & carrots. They were fresh & delicious. Vast assortment of fresh baked goods that smelled heavenly, but I resisted this time. And of course Melinda...MoreThank you for the review! We look forward to serving you again!

I had bragged all week about their Prime Rib because I have always had a good one. Well Friday night was awful-- cooked where the edges (at least 1 inch) were dry and the middle was raw.... I love medium rare steak, but even this Kansas farm kid had a problem with it. The rest of the meal and wait staff was excellent!!

Just what the Village needed. Fresh, delicious meal made to order. Love this neat, clean little restaurant. You order at the counter when you walk in and you can watch them create your meal OR go sit and they will bring to you.

As a couple who lived in Mexico for a few years, this restaurant captures the feeling and the tastes we grew to love. Great food ... inexpensive ... not a "chain" ... and not crowded. What else can you ask for?

Neighborhood Grill with a casual and friendly atmosphere. We serve lunch and Dinner, seven days a week. Tanner's offers a wide variety of cuisine, from sandwiches, signature salads, fish and seafood, steaks and of course...our Broaster Chicken. We have a large bar area with 3 Televisions that you can enjoy cocktails and take in a game or maybe make a few new friends while your at it!
This restaurant is located just outside the gate at the Village. Nice, new location, good decor and seating. Comfortable with exceptionally personable wait staff. Wide array of food offerings, specials everyday. Simply well-prepared comfort food at EXCEPTIONALLY reasonable prices. I had the Wednesday night special - liver and onions - which quite good. My husband had the broasted chicken with several sides and he was very pleased with the chicken - roasted and juicy, tender. I think our servers name was Heather - she was the most pleasant, upbeat person who made our meal even more enjoyable. We're moving to the Village and Tanner's will be a regular stop for us. We're looking forward to it !!

Hand crafted brick oven pizza, pasta, sandwiches, dinners and more.
I was recently with a group that visited Charlie's for lunch. There were less than 20 people in the entire restaurant and it took over 1 hour to get food after ordering. The small, personal size pizza's are so small they wouldn't even make a decent appetizer so don't bother ordering one. My club sandwich was prepared well and tasted good. I you want to spend several hours and visit with your friends, this might be OK but if you are hungry, go somewhere else.

Average food, average service. Only worth going there if you want to sit on the deck for a sunset view on the lake. It's ok - just would not be a regular choice.

Ah yes, yet another so called "Mexican" restaurant in the Village. I truly be leave that the Sysco truck pulls up, drops its canned over salted and processed load of food like substance at the rear door ,ready then for the uncaring kitchen staff and head chef ( who was yesterdays landscaper) stuff it all into a magic time machine that makes it taste even worse, wherein after the unenthusiastic waitress finally decides to stop texting her babys daddys lumbers over to take your order she gives the secret signal and your meal is shot out of a Burro's hind quarters for your dining displeasure. it would be more human if you tied guest down, waterboarded them and stuffed Taco Bells latest Gordita into your nether regions. There is a reason people rave about the Margaritas.... You've got to be drunk out of your mind to even consider putting any of this "Fine fair" into your body.
