Visited this nice place beside E22 highway. Arrived after lunchtime and ordered a Sandwich with Herring and egg. Please look on my pictures, this was a very nice surprise. Awesome and tasted very well. Sitting outside on the sundeck and enjoying a great meal on one of the warmest summerdays in Sweden. Can it be better with a view over Ringsjön.

Finns ju inte så mycket konkurrens i byn men detta är en väldigt bra lunchrestaurang oavsett. Trevlig personal, härligt salladsbord och duktiga på fisk. Mina personliga favoriter är rårakorna och raggmunkarna som återkommer ofta:)

Having eaten lunch here quite a few times since 2012, I was disappointed to discover to restaurant's interior to be newly renovated. Unfortunately, to the worse. Much to the worse. The result was, unfortunately totally tasteless. That alone will make me think twice before ever returning again.
The quality of the food has always been slightly above average, and so it still seems to be. However, half an hour after noon, the salad buffet was empty and one of two choices for lunch was sold out. Not good.

We were in Hörby and decided to give this place a chance, since the interior was cozy and charming. The lady serving us was very service minded, helping us with our baby and more. I had a plankstek: lots of good meat and a big amount of pommes duchesse. My wife's pasta was huge. At the end we were asked if we wanted a doggy bag. We were very pleased with the experience.
If we come back here again we'll try their Madeira dishes for sure.

Experience the food at Elisefarm! Welcome to our restaurant at Elisefarm. We serve exciting and well-cooked meals throughout the year, for both smaller och larger parties. The food is based on traditional Swedish cooking and we prefer to use locally produced ingredients. Skånsk food, with the traditional goosedinner and christmas smorgasbord, lies close to our hearts and is at most occasions a part of our menu, but the dishes can also be of a more exotic nature, with influences from all over the world. Our courses are mostly charactarized by the current season. In the spring, we we savour treats such as nettles, asparagus and rhubarb. In August, we serve our very own crayfish and by fall, you can order mushroom along with meat from the wildlife of our own lands. Feel free to try our pheasant, the trademark of Elisefarm. We were hungry after the concert in the neighbourhood and found the place on our navigator. Tried it out! It was a success! The restaurant is situated in the beautiful nature surrounding and belongs to the golf club. The restaurant is not that big but very cosy and welcoming. There was no menu and they were expecting a group to dine but the chef was so nice and he made fantastic stake for us. It was delicious! Happy that we tried the place. Good service, nice food and nice environment! Recommended!

Mycket trevligt och unikt litet cafe längs riksväg 13. En gammal skolbyggnad som inhyser både privat boende och en mycket trevlig cafedel.
Serverar goda mackor och väldigt mumsiga bakverk av olika slag.. personalen är trevlig och pratar gärna om de har tid :)
Observera att de har inte öppet jämt, så om ni vill åka dit.. kolla så de har öppet först! Om ni ändå har vägarna förbi och de har öppet, brukar man kunna se skyltar/flaggor på vägen (riksväg 13).. ser man inga - har de troligen stängt!

A very sweet little place, genuine as they come, tucked into the lovely beech woods that cover this beautiful, largely unknown part of Skåne. At this café you will enjoy browsing among the odd bits and bobs they sell, as well as gorgeous linseedoil paint if you're so inclined. Then you sit down with a coffee and a cake. Exactly the sort of place you take your aunt to.

To all elderly Swedes, this is a time capsule. This is how the cafés looked and smelled in the 50's and 60's in Sweden. Strangely enough, this place has survived, largely unchanged, since Jurassic times. The homemade cakes and pastries are superdelicious, the bread a little tasteless though, as well the extra service of thai food.
