Great setting and peaceful Gardens, makes for a breakfast or lunch treat. The Gardens and staff are in total sinc and knowledgeable of all. The extra children's playing area makes it a dream for parents with young kids and the food is simple and tasty.
Get away from the malls, city life and bustle and pop in today. It is a place that makes you come back again and again. Nicol and her staff certainly makes you feel at home.

Popped in for a cup of coffee whilst in Heidelberg, quaint little place, friendly service, geared more for adults, pricing or options to feed children little steep, however would recommend a visit especially if you are having a break away from the children and want to experience a bit of the old days.

A comfortable dinner in Heidelberg Mall , that provides quick service with generous portions. We enjoyed the hake and calamari option , great big portion of hake that was well prepared and very tasty.

Charming little café with most tables outside in a serene garden setting. Mostly light meals and a big selection of delicious cakes, quiches etc. The best mud pie you will ever find is here at the Sweetpea and Maple! Chicken livers on bruschetta was so tasty. Everything is fresh and the presentation of the food is beautiful.

We stopped here simply to grab a bite of lunch. There really wasn't much choice in such a small town, so we came here with the lowest of expectations. However, the place was spotless, the service was terrific, and the burgers were delicious! Quite unlike similar establishments in the UK; so all in all quite a find!

A very inviting restaurant with "ouma and oupa" on the 'stoep' willing you to stop en explore. Very warm welcome with a feel of arriving at family. Child friendly with a lot of toys and a jungle gym to keep the little ones busy. You can decide to sit inside or outside. Toilets very clean. Menu varies and you can eat cheap or get a full traditional or meal of the day. Little shop with home made cookies and jams and other interesting things.

The restaurant is situated in the heart of Heidelberg. It is a favourite hangout place! The menu is reasonably priced and there is probably something on it for everyone. The drinks menu was also pretty extensive. Great food, great service, reasonably priced.
