Heritage House is a prototypical Wisconsin type supper club. The relish tray and home prepared food is exactly what you would expect from a supper club. The food is fresh, local and very good. German influence and fine surroundings. The ambiance and friendly staff are what you want in a supper club. Worth the visit.

Great selection of sweet rolls and very reasonable prices for fresh made pastries. Woodstock and Harvard locations equally good. I visited Woodstock in the late afternoon (4:30) and was very pleased with the selection and nothing was dried out or old tasting!

Typical DQ. It is nice to have one in this small town. I enjoy going there in the summer time. It is a nice treat.

We came in with a party of seven and there wasn't one person who didn't love their meal. From the eggplant, to the lasagna to the prime rib sandwich, there were 7 very satifield dinners. The place is small and cute and has an old world charm to it. It's always nice when the owner/chef comes out to check on your after your meal. Next time I'll have to try the pizza. Seemingly in the middle of no-where you're brought back to Italy. Stop it.

We drive through Harvard on our way to Lake Geneva and we load up on sweets and breads. There's nothing like this near our house. It's a must

We drove past this establishment many times going back and forth to Rockford, IL.
I looked up reviews and saw such great comments on their pizza. We decided to take a ride out on a Saturday night to try their pizza. Arrived a bit after 7:30pm and missed the dinner crowd. Sat at the bar and ordered deep fried mushrooms with ranch for an appetizer and a small cheese with 1/2 sausage pizza.
The mushrooms were fresh from the fryer, hot and tasty. Coating was good and stayed on the mushroom when you bit into it.
The pizza was fabulous with homemade crust, sauce and sausage.. Really, really good thin crust.
The bartender and his wife are the new owners. SUPER friendly couple. They made you feel at home. I believe they are family of the original owners and are maintaining the great food quality and friendliness of the small town tavern eatery it has been over the vast amount of years.
Would definitely recommend to anyone. Plan on returning with friends.
**Just know it's cash only.

Your typically older Midwest bar! Wasn't able to try the food but heard from many locals that the burgers are amazing! Family friendly atmosphere before the shift to the drinks! The beer selection is large and the service all around is amazing! Would have loved to stay longer!

Amazing pancakes...needed no syrup, that's crazy!!! I got 2 bacon, 2 sausage and 2 pancakes with scrambled eggs. Not bad for hometown greasy spoons:.)
Checkout the weird painted décor...I think the owner is some sort of artist. The ladies room was decorated with a painting that was art gallery worthy, I was kinda shocked!!! The waitress was pleasant also and food was scorching hot, nice!!! No bar inside, btw. Family and cozy!!!

Old time supper club in the little town of Big Foot straddling the WI/IL border. Seems to be right out of the 1950's but regrettably hasn't been updated since. Nice enough brunch and a step back in history.

Harvard is a small town, not a huge selection of restaurants, so was very happy to find La Trinidad. Complimentary chips and salsa are served immediately and the server was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is nicely done in a Southwestern motif, good lighting, clean and Spanish music playing in the background. I kept my order simple, beef taco dinner. Comes with rice and beans. My girlfriend ordered Lengua with red sauce. Both dishes were delicious. I've never tasted Lengua (tongue) and I was not disappointed. Tender and flavorful, I had to beg my girlfriend for more samples. The beef tacos I ordered were great as well. We will be going back to La Trinidad soon, maybe tonight!
