Udupiwala restaurant is situated just outside the Kathgodam railway station on Nainital road. Parking available just outside the hotel on payment basis. One big hall with minimum interiors. This place offers good food at reasonable prices. Service is quick. Washroom available. This restaurant is kept clean. Restaurant also offers North Indian menu. Good family restaurant.

The new Krazy Kitchen is located at the commercial hub of the city "DURGA CITY CENTRE", near MBPG (Degree College) at NH-87 on way to Nainital on Nainital Road. Now also at Kathgodam on Nainital Road.The restaurant is spacious and have a sitting capacity of around 50 pax at a time. The open kitchen gives you a view of freshly cooked food and the ambience is cool and calming. We serve the best of Chinese & Thai food at our outlets. Try few off the best mouth watering dishes at New Krazy Kitchen.

We stopped here for Lunch on the way to Bhimtal. It was a crowded place and we were reluctant to place our order considering the time. But some how we placed our order qhich was served within no time. I must say, we got impressed by the first thing that came in front of us, It was Dragon Chicken. After then everything that followed was superb.
We ordered, Hakka Noodles, Singapore Rice, Dragon Chicken, and Veg Choupsey, everything was just perfect. Can't wait to be there again.

The food is great but personally I love the ambience and feel of this place. The staff is always very warm and for this price I dn't think you will get anything better. Their non veg is exceptional and a haven for all meat lovers. So, anybody coming to Nainital should definitely give it a try!

I was going for Gulati ( Chawla chiken) but by mistake landed at Sama. Really Tasty Tandoori Murg, Seekh Kababs & best is Kali Mirch chicken..all other veggie dishes are also available. This place is like Dhaba restaurant on road. Just 500 Mtr from Bust adda Chowk towards Delhi Road. Good place for take away. Place for humble & Desi foodies who want tasty food & do not bother for Place...Must try for a takeaway in case you are around Rudrapur...or passing from here to Nainital for a better Dhaba experience.

While driving up or down from Nainital/ Almora, if you are used to stopping in Haldwani/Kathgodam for food, this outlet of Vaango could be counted in as one of the options. Its only 5 minutes away from the other, traditional, exclusive South Indian/ Udupi food restaurant. Worth giving it a try, but keep your expectations low as this is not as good as any of those Vaangos in T3 Delhi or T2 Mumbai airports. Avoid the vadai. Dosai is okay.

Food was awesome and prices were so low as compare to other roadside restaurants. It was beautifully maintained and service was also good. We asked waiter that call your Manager/owner, his facial expression was not good thinking we are going to make complain but he went ahead and called owner. We told we were delighted and liked food, quantity, service and pricing(pretty low) of his hotel. My wife packed some food for our dinner
