While the hotel exterior is a wee bit rundown and some of the furnishings a little threadbare, the breakfast we had there was probably the best restaurant breakfast we've ever had! Definitely great home-style cooking. We went on a Saturday morning hoping to get a table and it was no problem - very quiet - and we were promptly seated & our order was taken. Service was great even though there was only one waitress - supplemented by a few local "volunteers" who leap right in to fill coffee and water and deliver condiments, etc. to the tables. My husband ordered a custom omelet that arrived stuffed full of veggies & cheese and served with hash browns and a home baked biscuit to die for. I ordered Swedish Pancakes and they were perfection! Yummy raspberry jam and a sprinkle of powdered sugar with a side of chubby link sausage that arrived crispy and cooked to perfection! Prices are comparable to other local restaurants - but quantity and quality far surpass those other restaurants. Next time you're in Tokeland you have to check out The Tokeland Hotel - heck, make a special trip . . . you won't be disappointed!!

Pacific North West food. Different Chefs are on location. They are a winery that has wines everyone will love, even those who do not like wine along with wonderful food. The owners are delightful and plan on having a nice relaxing evening. Call ahead to find out if there is a mystery dinner, wine club, lecture, or some other event that you can attend.
The winery was recommended in an article written about wines in Washington. We stopped only because of that and was not disappointed. Our breakfasts (Beach Benny) was very good. The service was friendly and helpful. We will be going back when we return to this area in a week!

I'm not normally a coffee fan but I did enjoy this one. It's roasted right there and the employees were super nice and helpful. If you like coffee I don't think you'll be disappointed here!

Doughnuts
Eating them right now! Went to Westport for a family day and stopped into the HOD for some sugar. My wife picked up these delicious fritters of apple and raspberry. 8 hours later they are still fresh and soft. Mmmmmm.

We have enjoyed both breakfast and lunch at the Blue Buoy. My husband loves the chicken fried steak breakfast. He also raves about the chili (homemade) burger. Although we haven't tried any desserts, they do offer homemade pies and other desserts. We enjoy visiting Westport and the Blue Buoy is our favorite place for breakfast and lunch. The resturant was not open for dinner when we visited in October. I am not sure of they stay open later in the summer months.

Always a friendly barista on hand at Grayland Beach Espresso to make whatever we are wanting, and doing that wonderfully! It's become a must do ritual whenever we go down to stay. We have had all manner of drinks hot, cold, mixed and blended and all of them great.

Food is prepared scratch meaning real potatoes hand cut and shredded, real eggs, seafood hand dipped and breaded, in house dressings, sauces, soup's, and gravy. Large fresh lean ground burgers Fresh baked pies and cheesecakes Gluten Free menu
What a cute little restaurant, originally opened due to family member having Celiac's disease. We had the BBQ cheeseburger, meat a little overdone but it was Sooo good, and my son with a wheat allergy had fish and chips! Get the sweet potato tots, out of this world and if you have Celiac's, they have a full menu with many dishes to choose from. Oh, and the pie there were probably 10 different kinds (or more) and did I mention all the desserts are safe for Celiac's as well!! Yum!! The service was outstanding! Can't wait to visit again.

A little bit of everything, but absolutely no junk. Nice memories to bring home after your travels, with something available for everyone. Plus the service is incredible. One can really tell, that the owner truly loves what she is doing.

I'm surprised that so many businesses in and around the Westport area don't seem to understand that, especially in the summer months, a lot of visitors are there while other family members are out fishing. This means they are up and about early. I was surprised to find almost no espresso shops or restaurants open early. Even some of the gift shops don't open until 10 am. The mocha I had a Captn Jack's was okay, nothing special.

This really is just a tavern, complete with pool tables and bins of pull-tabs. But our group of 5 thoroughly enjoyed the food--French dip sandwich, fried oysters, and the chicken. They also have a full bar, and lots of beers on tap. Service was friendly, restroom was clean. We were camping just up the road, so it was fine for us.
