This was my first visit to Arturo's. I use to be a regular here when it was Alberto's! I do like the improvements to the decor. It's a very relaxing, inviting ambience. One of the owners came to our table early on to introduce himself and let us know that Arturo's is an "offshoot" of their Annapolis restaurant Osteria. I like Osteria, but rarely go there, preferring Carpaccio's on West Street because I think Carpaccio's is a better value. I alway enjoy the meal at Osteria, but feel I over pay. I definitely get the same feeling, even more so, from Arturo's. It is located in a somewhat nasty strip of stores on Crain Highway in Glen Burnie. You slightly feel you have to look over your shoulder going in. The other stores in the strip use to include a laundromat and a bail bondsman place. The bail bondsman is no longer there and the laundry seems to be closing, but you get the idea. They will not be offering outdoor dining alongside of Crain Highway in warmer weather! LOL The service is fine, though not particularly helpful. We asked about the specials and basically were told to read the insert with no offer of guidance. The food was good, but bear in mind you will be paying $30+ for entrees. The dover sole was a jaw dropping $55. Come on now.... We are not in NYC or even a romantic location by the water in Annapolis. To be fair, the food is good, just extremely overpriced for the overall dining experience. I use to forgive this in Alberto's when the waiter's were in tuxedos and fawning over you at the table to be helpful, and were rated the #1 Italian restaurant in Baltimore Magazine, but there is just nothing exceptional here besides the prices.

A new restaurant approximately one month old.
This is the best bbq restaurant in the area. The decor is nothing short of inspirational. The staff couldn't be friendlier. The menu options offer something for everyone. The food is the real star. The meats are succulent & delicious. Their fries are a hidden treasure...always cooked to perfection. The sweet potato mash is a great seasonal treat!

I have enjoyed steamed Crabs at many places in Maryland and Seaside is by far the best Crabs I have ever had the pleasure of eating. The place is clean , the service is great, the management is friendly and on site most days or nights. I have taken hundreds of people to seaside over the years and they all tells me how much the loved the food. They have great crab toast, bacon shrimp, cream of crab that will blow your mind, shrimp, potato's and onions to die for, friendly place to the point that after a couple of visit you will feel like its your local bar.

Standard fare, served fresh and hot. Margaritas were outstanding. Smaller place than #2 further south on Ritchie Hwy, which is very large and very loud.

We are fans of any restaurant that offers locally sourced food. We went for breakfast and this small restaurant was very crowded. Food portions were large and service was friendly, but it's hard for the servers to move around in the tiny space between tables. My husband's breakfast was huge - eggs over easy, French toast, pancake, biscuit with sausage gravy, bacon, and sausage. He took some home for the next day's breakfast. I had the veggie omelet with home fries. Unfortunately my eggs were barely warm and the home fries were cold. Maybe when it's not so crowded all of the food comes out hot. We will return to try lunch/dinner.

Three colleagues and I had the pleasure of dining at Little India Cafe for lunch. It is difficult to find authentic and flavorful Indian cuisine in the Pennsylvania and Maryland area. I was skeptical. I was wrong and pleasantly surprised. The four of us decided to try their lunch buffet which turned out to be an excellent option. One of our colleagues recommended Little India so we weren't going in uninformed but I was still hesitant. For starters, I tried the chicken soup which was excellent on a cold and rainy April day. I followed my soup with a very simple salad of greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and onions. The salad was excellent and presented nicely. I moved onto the buffet which included about twenty different dishes. Everything I tried was excellent. The tandoori naans were exceptional and yes I've had bad naans so I know a good one when I find one. My favorite entrees were the chicken jalfrezi and chicken tikka masala. My favorite is the vindaloo but they didn't offer any on the buffet. The condiments and sauces were excellent. For dessert, I tried the cantaloupe and kheer which was yummy. My colleagues enjoyed all of their offerings.
The service was outstanding and the restaurant was very clean including the rest room. Great find when visiting the Baltimore area. Can't wait to return.

I had tonights special Dynamite-Style Wild Salmon. It was wood-grilled Wild Sockeye Salmon topped with dynamite aioli and feta cheese, served with a summer blend of golden gnocchi, tomatoes, spinach and fresh-shucked corn.We had the Bang Bang Shrimp for an appetizer. Brittney provided awesome service and friendly advice.
