Ted's is a great place for hot dogs, hamburgers (cheese),other sandwiches, kids meals, fries & onion rings. I live near the restaurant, so we stop in a bit. It is just a wait in line place. No table service, you order at the counter, watch them grill up the food, make the rest of the food if you want, lol.. take it to go, or go to a table & eat it. They ask you what you want on your dogs/burgers. There chili sauce is famous for everyone who likes that on their hot dogs. They have all your condiments, silverware, ect. & adorable little kids meals with their own little cooks hats.

We've been going to Lebro's for the last 25 years. Always good. Good soup, good fish fry, good pasta dishes, good coffee. You can't go wrong. No reason to go to a chain restaurant.

I have come here several times for the beef on weck and it never disappoints! I basically bring all of my out of town friends and family here to sample it. I tried the beef barley and vegetable soup today which was very tasty. The ice cream options are so plentiful it's overwhelming! I'm a big peanut butter fan and they do not disappoint! I really enjoy the peanut butter chunk frozen yogurt. So many hard ice creams flavors and sundaes I can't name them all! Definitely worth checking out and we will be back!

My friend and I were debating where to go for lunch when we passed GROVERS. She was in the mood for soup and had never been to GROVERS (I had been once before).....so we decided to turn around and go back. We sat at the bar rather than waiting for a table. The CHEESEBURGER SOUP was just as outstanding as I recalled it being. The BLT we split was very good. The prices are a bit high and its a small place, and it was very crowded on this Saturday afternoon. Service was very good.

I come from Toronto and bring back 2 dozen every time. My favs are KEY LIME and COCONUT CREAM while my wife loves the CINAMON CAKE and RED VELVET CAKE but we are trying to have one of every donut they make. The coffee is awesome too. If you visit Buffalo you have to come to Paula's Donuts

great chili and lentil soups, accompanied by really tasty garlic bread at a mere 75 cents... the unique "wow cow" custard still offered in winter, but the boysenberry didn't have a lot of taste, sorry to say

Stopped by the Griffon Gastro Pub for a business function. It checked all the right boxes. It was a nice casual atmosphere with fantastic food. They have an extensive beer selection; dozens of draft selections. Unfortunately after one pint of a beer I really liked, they let me know they ran out. That was the only negative for the night. I had the chicken and waffle sandwich which was a great choice. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the jalapeño slaw with the maple mayo was a perfect compliment. The waffle was also perfect, super fluffy and crisp on the outside. I substituted for the hand dipped onion rings which were also very good. The colleagues I was there with also thoroughly enjoyed their food as well. This is definitely a place to visit.

Authentic German Cuisine from Authentic German Chef! Owner/Chef Gerhard Braun specializes in Swabian cooking (Southern Germany) with homemade, from scratch recipes. Find your favorites here - Sauerbraten, Schnitzel, Spaetzle, Apfel Strudel, real Black Forest Cake. We are located in a little plaza just south of Ellicott Creek Rd (next to the Classics V Banquet Center). Plenty of parking behind the plaza.
Keep going back and it gets better and better. The best German restaurant in Western New York. Try the salad; a delicious dressing on fresh greens covering a delicious surprise! I love the Jaegerschnitzel, a crisp, breaded cutlet with a savory gravy with fresh mushrooms. The spaetzle is to die for as is the Black Forest cake. Sehr, sehr gut! great service too. They serve Wahrsteiner Dunkel Bier!

Salad, bread, Pasta, mashed potatoes, baked chicken, mixed veggies and carved beef. Ice cream for dessert. Food was very good! All fresh and the beef was tender, moist and sliced right then. Very nicely done. Rooms in the back are very nice.

So disappointed that after waiting 45 minutes and being so excited over the crepes menu our waitress was rude. Ordered special of corned beef hash and immediately asked for it to be taken back when it arrived as it was 90% potatoes with a sprinkle of corn beef thru out loads of grease. She snapped that that’s what corn beef is. When she didn’t like the tip i presented (10%) she told another waitress i was rude which my 11 yr old daughter heard and was saddened. When you 11 yr old says “let’s get out of here the spirit isn’t nice” that says it all.
