We were on our way through to Rapid City, SD and found this highly recommended. It was delicious, our group had the ribeye, fried chicken and a pork chop special. The best Moscow Mule ever!

A friendly and relaxing craft coffee shop in Scottsbluff's downtown, right next door to the historic Midwest Theater. Extensive drink menu, breakfast and lunch served all day, and Italian gelato ice cream available.
Had some time before a meeting and went here to pass some time. Lots of drinks to choose from ranging $2-5. I had a vanilla chai, which was very nice. Nice music playing in the background. No complaints! We're glad you liked our chai and our curated tunes! We love having visitors such as yourself, coming in to relax and just enjoy. Thanks again! :)

Great place if you have a sweet tooth. Had really nice muffin and doughnut. Shame did not have any savoury choices.

The Union Bar and Grill is a popular bar to hangout with friends and have a great meal. In the summer on our outdoor patio with have live music every weekend. We serve an award winning Smoked Prime Rib every Friday night. We were awarded as a top five finalist in the Nebraska Best Burger contest. The second week of July is an annual local celebration that we have a 3 day party on the street.
This was an okay place for lunch and is probably the best place in town, since we are from out of state, we can't say for sure. We ordered a regular hamburger, chicken basket, and a Ruben. Nothing really special, just food. The regular hamburger was served with just pickles and onion, no tomato or lettuce offered.
If you live nearby, they offer a lunch card where you buy 7 lunches and the 8th is free. Not a bad deal, plus everything already seems reasonably priced.

We stopped here for a light lunch while in Gering for a conference and we so pleased with this place. We were warmly welcomed by the staff who came to our table to give us an overview of the menu and a few recommendations. I had the cranberry Turkey sandwich and it was delicious. The lunch plate also included a small lettuce salad and potato chips and was just the right portion for lunch. Before leaving, my daughter and I each got a coffee drink to go. The coffee was fantastic (and I'm a bit of a coffee snob). Glad we stopped here and will definitely return.

I remember going here for ice cream every time I visit since the 50s. The building is tiny, the service is measured and the ice cream is old-fashioned, pure happiness. The only problem is deciding which to have. Always the basics plus seasonal flavors. Out-of-towners who know about this gem bring coolers to take quarts back home with them.

This is Scottsbluff at it's finest. A nice local waterhole with surprisingly good food. Stopped in on the way into town. It's a rustic, cute little bar with very nice people and lots of dead animals on the walls. The local people were playing some sort of gambling game with paper and something on a TV screen. Despite the nice folks trying to explain it to me, I never figured it out. The food was really tasty. It's bar food, but very good quality. The fries were excellent, as were the wings. I tried 2 different kinds of sauce on the wings, and both were really good. The local folks were super friendly and offered me a different route back home. They were also chatty, interested in why I was in town, and happy to tell you about the history of Scottsbluff. The ladies at the bar were also engaging and friendly. The service was quick, without being rushed. I would absolutely seek this place out if ever in the area again. Not only for the food, but for the pleasant company.

Stopped here after reading about the restaurant on TA. No disappointments. Friendly informative service. I had the chili rellano grilled cheese sandwich. Wonderful. Hubby had the Cubano sandwich and said was great. Battered fries and a side salad also good. Though I don't like iceberg lettuce the dressing was homemade. Highly recommend a stop here.

I am sure the food and service at this location is excellent. I realize we are just tourists, and frequently we are confused as to time and we sometimes are unaware of an establishments open close times. And I have in the past had to tell customers that we had closed. Never had anyone used gestures as though they were shooing flies to tell us that they were closed and that what we were doing is blocking customers from leaving by trying to come in the door. And obviously we were to dense and were not backing up fast enough. Fine we went next door.
