Brazilian steak restaurants are common in the Dallas area. We have tried many of them and still regard Fogo de Chao as top-tier in formality, service, and atmosphere.
That said, Estilio Gaucho is close to our home and has rave reviews. Went for our anniversary and really enjoyed the meal.
Atmosphere is nice and clientele is wide-ranging from locals to visitors at the nearby hotels. Attire for a weeknight is also varied from business post-work, couples dressed for a night out, to shorts and sandals. That may be off-putting if looking for formal dress. This is Dallas and jeans are nearly universally accepted at most nice restaurants.
The food is typical of a Brazilian steakhouse - filet, top round, bottom round, ribs, sausage, lamb, chicken, etc. Also common is the bountiful unlimited salad bar. They offer a signature stroganoff there, which is different than other restaurants of its kind.
What most impressed me is the (lack of) much markup on many of the wines. The wine list is small (again, Fogo and Texas de Brazil would be better in that regard), but we spent only 2x retail on a nice bottle. That wins big brownie points with me.
Dessert was also excellent - chose the flaming creme brûlée cheesecake which is flamed tableside. Really lovely finish to our anniversary meal. If you're local to Frisco or in the area and looking for a Brazilian steakhouse, this is a good option.

Hutchins BBQ is one of the best BBQ places in Frisco. We always split a half rack of ribs and a baked potato. Excellent ribs. They have cobbler and soft serve which is included in your meal. Original Hutchins is in McKinney. If you like BBQ you will enjoy Hitchins.

Met friends for dinner here. Everything was great-atmosphere, service, and most important, the food. I had hummus as an appetizer, a large sampler plate, followed by baklava (actually this was all shared with my wife). We both enjoyed it. Would highly recommend Platia.

I had an absolutely scrumptious hamburger here while discussing business with a client. It was about 1:30 pm on a Tuesday. Very impressed with the hamburger, and the wait staff who were attentive, but unobtrusive. I will bring my wife back here again, it is well deserving of a 5/5 rating. Parking a little limited is parking he only drawback I noticed

The food is always fresh, and delicious. This place is always very busy but with fast service wait times are usually around 20mins for dinner rush even though the estimated time was 45mins. Gluten free options not listed are grilled chicken and also the catfish as well.

Delicious avocado salad, excellent service, great athmosphere and the dessert to die for. I had the "Blue Lemon Cake" I strongly recommend it.

Gloria's growth has been a constant ever since then. Now boasting 15 Texas locations, the restaurant still serves the same delicious Latin cuisine that has been satifying hungry Texans for over 25 years.
Gloria's food was just okay, but the service made up for it. They always made sure that you were okay and doing well. Drinks were always filled. Never got down to empty. The food was alright. Not the tex-mex or even Mexican we were looking for, but we had a lovely group outing for lunch there one day. They worked with us well to ensure everyone got out on time and back to their jobs.

I experience Silver Fox Steakhouse in Frisco several times a year for birthday celebrations, and family gatherings. Although Grapevine has several excellent steakhouses and I live in Grapevine, I make the drive to Silver Fox Frisco for two reasons, Brian and Grace. Their standard of excellence in serving is what I seek at a restaurant like Silver Fox. The food is excellent at many steakhouses, but the service doesn't always match. At this place, with Brian and Grace, I know that I will receive excellent, delicious food with equally excellent service.
This is the only place that I'm confident to recommend to my friends and business associates.

We stopped for a quite bite here as our team arrived for a week of meetings. The drinks were on point! And wow I got the PHo-kin soup and it was heaven in a bowl. Not your typical pho though. Tasted more like a crab boil in a bowl. Great flavor and spice. I definetly want to go back and have again. Next time I’ll say no noodles though as I am not a big noodle person.

Enjoyed my first time at Rudy’s. Had the baby back ribs, corn on the cob, and a large glass bottled coke. The food was delicious and the meat portions were based on weight. Service was friendly and attentive. Prices were reasonable. Dining area was clean and spacious.
