We stopped in en route to the battlefield on a Saturday at lunchtime. The restaurant wasn't packed, but had a steady stream of customers. Overall, it has a definite family-run vibe to it, though they have put a lot into the decor, etc.
My wife and I split our order between Chinese (her) and Thai (me). She was less enamored with her dish (beef and broccoli). It wasn't bad, but it wasn't stand-out. Mine (curry and tofu) was quite good. I asked for a 4 out of 5 on the spicy scale and they delivered. Thai places often pull their spicy-punch, probably out of fear of people sending their 'too hot' food back. I'm impressed when they step up and, after warning you about it, give you what you asked for. I finished mine.
There probably aren't a lot of Thai places in this area, but I'd willingly return for another order if I were visiting this part of Georgia again.

We ordered the pizza to go based on favorable reviews of this restaurant. The Greek pizza was tasty, with lots of gyro meat, vegetables and feta. The second “free”pizza had decent toppings (pepperoni, black olives and mushrooms). The biggest disappointment was the crust, which makes or breaks a pizza. The crust seemed like a Sysco or GFS stock crust. The people at the service desk were rather preoccupied with a register issue, and didn’t bother with a greeting or a thank you, but I’ll chalk that up to a bad night.

Donut palace is a microscopic blip on the large footprint of Fort Oglethorpe, but it's one that's worth finding. You'll find fresh baked unbelievably good-tasting donuts there every single time, and they really are bargain priced too, it's amazing they can stay in business. They have a drive-thru window too. A good place for a snack if you are in the mood for a good one.

We visit this store two or three times each month to buy an apple fritter and chocolate eclair. Nine out of ten times this store does not have apple fritters. They always say they are "out", but I can't believe that the last 6 times I have been there, they have been out of this item. I suspect that they do not make the item every day, or they only make three or four. If they are not going to have this menu item in stock they should remove it from the menu! I guess I'll start going to Krispiy Kreme.

You will find some of the best breakfast cooking in town at the Big Biscuit Barn. Fresh, homemade biscuits are the speciality. Large portions of sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, and eggs cooked to order. Coffee is always hot. Dine in or take-out. Nothing fancy about the space, but it is cozy and clean. Lunch has its favorites such as burgers BLTs, and fried green tomato sandwiches. Daily lunch specials are also available. Again, expect large portions and fresh food. A great change of pace from the fast food places.

We are almost addicted to this place! Generous portions, low price, great staff. We always call in and food is ready in 15-20 minutes. Some of the food is better than Ichiban! Portions are big enough for two meals.

The restaurant was clean in appearance. Got seated quickly. Slow to get waited n for order. Watress was fairly attentive.. Got food fairly quick. Food cooked well, left to eat, no refills on water or ask about order. Had to get attention for vinegar for greens, finally.

In town going to Costco and decided to give Mike's a try. Seated quickly by Jan and she gave us a quick tour of the menu. Loaded with pizza, wings and burgers. My wife got a cheeseburger and I got the chili burger. Fries were extra coating $1.99 per order. Really good burgers and great Fries! Also the waitress was very nice!

Small, local BBQ shack. They offer a good BBQ pork sandwich and fries. Ask for extra sauce. Service is quick and the staff is always friendly, like they really appreciate your business. Drive-thru or walk-up. Outdoor seating available. They are the real thing for local BBQ, with a smoke pit right on premises. Get your order to go and take it to the Battlefield to enjoy the beautiful day!

Have eaten consistenly at this Chick-fil-A from the minute it opened it's doors. I don't know what the problem is, if a manager has changed or what. This year the food has gotten increasingly worse, as well as their score. Tonight, it had an 82. Not the kind of grade I want to see at a restaurant I used to love. Definitely lots of new faces there. Have encountered employees that are unfriendly in the past several months. Absolutelly disappointing.
