Raven Cafe is a trendy spot that offers a wide variety of items on their menu. While I regret not stopping by for food, I was thoroughly impressed with their coffee, espresso and speciality drinks.
Based on the atmosphere and customer service alone, Raven Cafe is easily one of the best establishments in Port Huron.

Delicious and massive portions!! We ordered the all you can eat Walleye which was absolutely delicious!! You get to choose 2 sides and a bread with the delicious and lightly battered fresh fish! Absolutely amazing! The waitresses are quick to ask you if you would like more fish and how many pieces you would like! Excellent friendly service!
Everyone around us seemed to be getting breakfast which also looked absolutely amazing!! Would definitely come back here! Amazing value and quality for the cheap price!

Our large group rolled in late but they didn't bat an eye - seated us, gave us outstanding service and food, and all in great humor despite the late hour. The food and company was great but they went above and beyond on a late weeknight to ensure that we were taken care of. I will be back the next time I'm in the area.

Stopped in this morning with my wife to this new place. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We each got a latte. Very good flavor. Prices are comparable to other coffee places. The food choices looked good and we plan to go back to try the breakfast sandwich. They are not on the main road, but I think they are worth the trip!

In 1936 Beverly and Rubye Osborne were driving west from Oklahoma to California. They had no reason to be joyful. They were middle aged and the Depression had wiped out their savings. On this particular afternoon it seemed that everyone in the state was attempting to escape the famine of the Oklahoma dust bowl. With not much more than their meager belongings and a basket of fried chicken, Beverly Osborne coaxed his Ford pickup across the barren prairie. Suddenly, a bump in the rutted road scattered the chicken and basket. Picking it up, Rubye complained "this is really Chicken in the Rough®." With that chance remark, a fortune was born. Beverly turned his truck around and headed back home. A man who, on instinct, had made a modest fortune and lost it - Beverly reasoned that "fingers were made before forks" and that chicken could be a cheap source of food at a time when incomes were sparse. Beverly learned from his previous business experience and failures that every business must provide customer satisfaction by identifying customers' needs and how to satisfy those needs better than anyone else. Soon, with the money he had received from the sale of his wife's wedding ring, he had an operation serving fried chicken with shoestring potatoes, hot biscuits and honey. That was the delectable meal that started "Fast Food - Fried Chicken Franchising" - long before McDonald's or Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Went to this restaurant with co-workers. Had a great time. Really restaurant. Good service. The food was good... I ordered the salmon blackened. It wasn't spicey at all, but good.
The only downside was the calamari, don't order it. It wasn't that good. But the other apps we had we good and i was told that the flatbread(s) were GREAT!!! Three people in my party ordered them and loved it.

The waitstaff was friendly, but totally messed up the order. Forgotten salad, forgotten French fries. Maybe it was a kitchen issue too, because they kitchen had problems as well.
The chicken critters tasted like reheated mush. There was a ton of tasteless batter and a tiny piece of chicken - luke warm - that constituted the chicken critter.
When you bite into it, it oozed grease and was soggy mushy. There is no amount of honey mustard sauce that can make the critter tasty-they were just bad. Really bad!
The terrible thing is the entire table ordered them so no one had a great meal.

To be honest this restaurant and one other in port Huron are the only restaurants I don't feel sick after eating at... Cheap Charlie's is a good deal for good food, comfort food, the bread sticks they give u are good, soft and flavourful, just recently they started offering their cheese dip with them which is really yummy!! I have a special request for chicken parm and they are kind enough to do it and no extra charges. They provide buttery popcorn when u first arrive, I've never had a bad server, it can get a bit noisy because it's so buisy, this time we waited about 5 mins to get a booth. They do not take Canadian debt cards, so ita cash or credit, food service is quick and efficient. Thanks for an always great experience cheap Charlie's!!

Upscale yet casual. Turn of the century building restored to original elegance. Wine bar with regional breweries featured. Full bar on two levels with a great view of downtown Port Huron and Canada from our roof top level. Three private dining areas for private events. Sample menu items include Filet Mignon, fresh Baked Halibut and Cajun Chicken Tortellini.
The pictures looked like a great place and our hotel said we should try it.
It was more expensive, but we were ok with that as we planned ahead and had reviewed the menu online.
But the food was not worth the price, and the serving sizes were very small. Good but we could have eaten more.
We did share a dessert; something I could have made at home (and probably better).
Great views; indoor/outdoor seating upstairs. Very nice, but overpriced for what you get.

We were in Port Huron to attend the McMoran Jay and the American concert. Casey's was our go to restaurant for dinner.
My favorite is their chicken cherry wrap and I enjoyed every bite this time too! On a hot September day, the raspberry iced tea was so good.

We are locally owned and family run restaurant serving pasta with house-made sauces and hand-tossed pizza with fresh ingredients.
Went there for dinner based on reviews. Food lacking in seasoning and taste. Tomato sauce on chicken parm was acidic and straight from a can. Chicken was rubbery and watery. Pizza crust was cardboard lacking taste and texture. A real disappointment. One of the worst restaurant meals we've had.
