We stopped and wandered into Steve's on a Saturday afternoon. Wow, it was so wonderful. Besides the delicious ice cream, the service was amazing. The ice cream was scooped into metal bowls and delivered quickly to our table. And the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Franchise with a new location in Fernley, NV
Another burger on the road, Black Bear Diner has a decent burger & is a reliable stop. A bonus at this location is a large unpaved parking area if you're towing a trailer or driving an RV, easy access off the paved parking on the east side of the restaurant. On Hwy 50, but easy access from I80 from the Fernley exxits.

I frequently visit Starbucks; however my first time at this location. My toasted graham latte was extra hot and my husbands coffee hot and fresh. It didn't take long for our order and they gave my puppy a #puppaccino which we always appreciate!
We will hit the location again.

After having spent the last month in Baja, we had a lot of real Mexican food. Heading north, we camped in Fernley and found this place highly rated in TripAdvisor. This is a combo Restaurant/Mexican food store with friendly staff. My shrimp tacos lacked flavor, the flour tortillas were raw, not cooked in the least and were cold as were my rice and beans. My wife had the enchiladas combo with chicken. Very little flavor and everything on her plate was cold. When asked how our meal was during checkout, we were honest but the young lady simply smiled and took our money. I really wanted to like this place....an off-day? New cook? In the end, it didn't work out for us...

We stopped in for snacks and a drink. This is a busy place in Lamoille and they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Server is friendly and food good!

This is part of my trip to Fernley each year! Love the food, drinks and chips! Not sure that I have anything else to add except, well worth the evening out!

Family owned and opertated, this establishment has been running for over a decade in this city of Fernley. Its our goal to give all our guest a wonderfull experiance and a taste of authentic mexican food. Our chef/owner biggest passion is to prepare all the meals from scratch with the taste of her hometown Guadalajara, Mexico. Stop by and meet the family, also taste the many dishes that are on the menu. Our TACO TUESDAY is a special day because all our small tacos (over 11 flavors) are only .75 cents. Also HAPPY HOUR from 2-5 everyday. And remember our casa es su casa because here at ITAL GUADALAJARA we have a P.H.D. in huge burritos.
After seeing so many positive reviews on this place, I tried it out. The place is OK, but certainly not devine, as you might expect. The food was good, the portions were fair. I had the enchilada special, and the shredded beef, and sauce were very good. I got a chicken soft taco on the side, and it was delicious as well. The server was very friendly, and the meal came out pretty fast. The salsa was good, and the chips seemed homemade.
But the building is pretty worn down, the furnishings are too. And the place has an "old musty" smell to it. Not something that would drive me away, given how many totally positive reviews I read.
All in all, a good meal. If you like authentic mexican, made in a family restaurant, and can get past some of the undesirables of an old building that is not too much to look at, then give it a try. You won't be disappointed. But if you prefer a more comfortable, ambient setting, look elsewhere.

Good Chinese food with friendly and thoughtful service. The restaurant itself was clean but worn. The won ton soup was tasty as was the chop suey and shrimp with lobster sauce. Portions are large. They tried to honor our low salt request but did not succeed.

Easy to find off the freeway with nice sized parking lot. Works well to meet, share a meal and they continue on...
Sushi was very nice. Menu was a bit confusing when it comes to the lunch special/hours/options.
I like to order non sushi items there (I do love sushi, but love their other options more).

Our Sierra Club service trip (17 members) visited. I had cashew nit chicken and my wife had trout. Both very good. Restaurant does not offer dessert. Our group brought its own ice cream which the restaurant served. Great!
