After waiting 35 minutes to be seated on a Sunday night (we were seated at 6:05pm)
We were so excited to eat. The food was delicious as always, but there was clearly a problem.
The restaurant has gotten so popular the place is CLEARLY understaffed. We felt so bad for the servers seeing them all struggling to keep up with the flow of demand. Also they ran out of French fries they didn’t have any-more left. That is how busy they are now….it does not matter what time or day you go you end up waiting and seeing how over worked these servers are.
We really wish they would just hire more staff and open the back banquet room (in the back of the building) on such busy nights. If they did that though that means they would HAVE to hire more staff, and more staff means making less money for the business as they would have to pay more.
I just wish it wasn’t so crowded all the time now. We use to go 3 times a month, but now we only go for special occasions its not worth the rush and crowds anymore.

I had visited this Venture in the Past two years as well as their location in Middletown on several occasions and unfortunately never have find the time to write a review.
Well today is the day….
The place is located in Southington on a small Plaza right on the CT Route 10. There is a Universal Parking on site, small outdoor Patio, Bar with Counter seating and a separate Dining Room. Modern décor and appropriate music and lighting create a nice atmosphere. Service is very good, courteous and fast.
The Food and it presentation is fabulous and Tapas are awesome.
As I had visit the Venture before a few times along a two years window, I’m entitled to say they are very reliable. The place to go when you’re looking for a Spanish Restaurant in town.

Had the spinach patch pizza for lunch and it was great. Good service and the manager John stopped by the table to make sure everything was good.

Thai food is a good choice when you're in a city you don't know, because it's generally so reliably good. Unfortunately, despite all the glowing reviews I've seen here, I found the meal here to be "just okay". Things sound good on the menu...then the actual food arrives. I was with two other friends, and had the chance to taste what they'd ordered as well as my own selections, so I don't think it was just my dish. Maybe the chef who's usually in the kitchen was out the day we visited? Well, whatever the reason, I was not impressed enough with what I tasted to want to return. The decor / atmosphere could be described as minimal. The service was friendly enough, but despite there being nearly as many servers as customers when we were having our lunch, there were lengthy lapses when I couldn't even catch anybody's eye, which is a bit of a peeve of mine.

We stopped in for dinner on a Monday and were joined by two friends we had not seen for a while. The Tap was a perfect place for a quiet dinner in a relaxed setting, where we could have meaningful conversation. Marissa, our server, was great and made the dining experience even more wonderful. I had the fish taco and it was great: tender, crispy fish in a wrap with veggies, cilantro and a great peppery sauce. My wife had a salad with salmon and enjoyed it also. Good food, pleasant atmosphere whether inside or out on the patio. We will return again.

Opened in 2016, 4 Eat&Drink is a full service restaurant and bar in the heart of Farmington, CT. We create every dish from scratch serving you the best possible ingredients available using local farms when in season. Please stop in, we believe you will not be disappointed!
We met here on a friends recommendation. Loved it the moment we walked in, lovely contemporary playful decor. Nice and friendly wait staff. Comfortable casual seating or sit at the bar or tables. Many options. They had seatings for small or large groups. We found a lovely spot that would accommodate our group of 5. The cocktail selections were wonderful and delicious, tapas were great for sharing. We were very happy with all our selections and had so much fun. Our server was friendly and helpful with all our requests. We all enjoyed our Sunday evening at this wonderful bar and will come back again soon.

It was Cinco de Mayo and the chef had added some South of the Border specials that evening! A starter of pork tacos were beyond delicious, crunchy shells filled with savory pork , avocado and cilantro. The bartender made very good Margaritas. One of us had a awesome Mint Julep in honor of the Kentucky Derby being run that afternoon. Fun that the restaurant changes special items regularly. The grilled Salmon was delicious, perfectly cooked. Then, hard to believe that their desserts could surpass everything else, but the Apple Fritters with Vanilla Bean ice cream was unbelievable!!!
