Next time you’re hungry, follow Paulie Hamalainen’s advice and “Take the fresh train to Tastytown.” No, Tastytown isn’t an actual destination but a reference to visiting the Beach Club Pizza Bistro in Euclid, where Hamalainen serves as Executive Chef under owner Greg Jurcisin.
I was in the neighborhood and we were hungry for a Saturday lunch. They were very busy -- for good reason. This is an American bistro- salad, pizza, burgers along with many house originals. The beer menu was extensive and featured many local beers. Our food was fresh and tasted great. The service was great and fast.

I had a delicious lunch and, while my meal was truly tasty, I also got to admire what others around me had ordered. Most definitely recommended if you like Italian food PLUS everyone gets a slice of cassata cake for dessert with their order. Yum.

Per la Famiglia Catena our Ristorante is a celebration of life, family and friends! Food is a celebration which should be shared and enjoyed by all. It is with this in mind and in our hearts that we prepare each and every meal that is served from our cucina. Our homemade pastas are cooked to a perfect aldente so that is still firm yet soft when you bite into it. Papa's famous homemade sauce is prepared with a perfect blend of spices that marry so well you will feel an explosion of flavors in your mouth with each and every bite. Our warm and charming atmosphere will instantly relax you while our attentive staff spoils you. Weekly menu specials offers unique flavors and pairings. Was wine created for food or was food designed for wine? We have a variety of full bodied, robust italian wines each carefully chosen to complement our exquisite pasta dishes. Sit back, grab a glass of vino, order a plate of involtini and start celebrating life, food, family and friends! Mama Catena Ristorante is the perfect destination for your next night out, whether an intimate dinner for two or a large group celebration. Please call for reservations. Gift Cards now available. Mama Catena Ristorante is family owned and operated.
No neon lights, barely there; an unassuming place and yet a gastronomic delight. Food prepared with TLC and served by people who truly care is something to look forward to. One of the best Italian places we have dined in a long time. Can't wait to go back!

My wife and I came here with another couple and sat in the bar area. The restaurant was semi busy and a bartender was our server. Long story short, we all ordered our meals and everything seemed fine. When the food was delivered we were missing one of the meals. The person who delivered didn't ask if we had everything, and then our server never came to check either.
The story only gets worse from here and would take forever to tell.
Bottom line. Poor service at best.

The service is always great. We have taken many out of town friends here to eat. They have a variety of foods to choose from. The Paragon burger with fries is amazing. The fries are herbed and the burger has their secret paragon sauce. Ask for extra so you can dip your fries too. Full service drinks too.

Address is correct. Wonderful food, attentive wait staff, a neighborhood treasure. I love their breakfast that they serve all day. Parking available on nearby street. Very popular place on the weekend. If you love wonderful breakfast food......this is a must dine experience.

Had not been to this place in a couple of years, but went with some colleagues last week. The Philly Cheesesteak and the chowder were very good. The food and the service were both good and enjoyed my visit back. I enjoyed going back there. The only drawback is that they serve cold drinks by the can, so no refills.

A friend took me here while on a business lunch and I'm glad she did. They serve the original Panini's ( not what you get at Panera, but the good stuff ).
Very cool bar / entertainment atmosphere and a fun place. I would imagine an evening out with a date would be great. Highly recommend this place for work or leisure.

It just depends who the cook is....a few months back the potatoes were sliced for breakfast, now they are shredded. I found potato jackets in with the potatoes. Also the eggs did not have any taste to them, they were bland.

This neighborhood spot isn't a big flashy sports bar but more of a quaint eclectic restaurant with an attitude. The everyday menu is your standard bar fare but done really well, there is honestly nothing on the menu I wouldn't recommend. But, before paging through the menu, be sure to check the board for daily specials. This stuff is typically very creative with a cultural flare and always delicious. Finally, when your bill arrives, you'll think they forgot to charge you for something. The prices are great but the value is unbelievable. I'd eat all of my meals here if I lived in the area!
