The pizza is amazing and made movie night with the grandchildren extra special. The breadstick seem to never make it home so we will have to order double next time!

Decent establishment. The food is average, the servers are Great! We brought our entire employee Stagg in one lunch, upon paying at the register for over a 25 seat table, the owner didn't even say thank you. No 5hank you for stopping in, no Tha k you for choosing us. Just swiped our company card, and handed a receipt. I understand the cultural and language differences, but in business, you have to figure out a way to be Tha kful that a customer didn't go somewhere else. We won't bring our whole staff in again, that's for sure.

I was searching for a morning cup to walk with while hubs was having a music lesson. Mmmm really good, strong and dark! Also the ambience was fascinating! It was full of Beatles memorabilia displayed and for sale. I will return with hubs who lived through the early Beatles.

The atmosphere is fantastic. The service was even better (Danielle). Our pizza was excellent...garlic knots, salads and calamari were all above average. It is by far the best pizza in the entire Great Lakes Bay Region. We can't wait to go back.Thank you for your lovely note. I so appreciate you taking the time to share your experience at Brooklyn Boyz in Bay City!

The Silver Palace is an eastside neighborhood bar that has been around for a long time. Located in Essexville, Michigan right on Woodside Ave., it boasts a backbar that looks as though it dates from the late 1800's or early turn of the nineteenth to the 20th century. Equally fascinating is the eclectic collection of local hardhats and street signs festooning the walls from that part of the Tri-City area. You'll appreciate the old-school bar food available, the well drink specials, and of course, the cold beer.

Me and my fiancé have been wanting Latitudes smoked Prime Rib for awhile now but with both of our busy schedules sometimes is hard to get out and about. Friday February 9th it snowed quite a bit so we thought we would be able to get in and out quickly without having to wait to long. We figured others would stay in due to the weather. We were wrong! Latitude was just as busy as ever. We had a short wait and then were seated about 7 45 pm. After taking our drink orders the waitress returned and asked what we would like for dinner. Both of us said that we would like the prime rib. Our waitress informed us there was a large party they were waiting to finish ordering to see if there would be enough for us. Really? It should be first come first served. I was starting to wonder if my money wasn’t green enough for these people or something. We let the waitress know the only reason we came to latitudes was for the prime rib. She left and talked to a manager and after a few minutes returned to let us know they would be able to get us both the prime rib. Nice. While we waited we decided to order some calamari. About ten minutes later a female manager, taller, brownish hair, maybe late twenties to thirty came over to our table and explained due to some miscommunication our meal was going to be ready very soon. Not exactly sure why (but we had not even gotten our salads or appetizer yet) She apologized and immediately, without me asking, offered to comp our appetizer. That is smart thinking!!! She turned a negative into a positive for me real quick. That’s what your supposed to do. Make the customers dining experience a good one. If you make a mistake find a way to make it better. An “I’m sorry” only goes so far. But free calamari rings, that puts a smile on your face. So many restaurants could care less now days. I’m sorry I forgot your name but good job young lady. Either your a smart girl or was trained well. Maybe a bit of both. Our prime rib turned out awsome. Calamari rings were very good, and a nice amount of them. Easily enough for 4 people. Both our margaritas were good. We ended up having an awsome evening

The queso burger has just the right amount of heat. The bacon was unnecessary and was pretty limp. Crispier bacon would have been better.
Quick and friendly service at the pick up window. The only complaint is being called "hun" by the young lady at the window.
The parking lot was generally clean.

Went here for lunch and had their always excellent chicken nachos. My friend had the cob salad which he said was very good. Service was excellent. Both, table, high top and bar seating. Full bar. Wifi. Limited street parking. Numerous beers and wines but unfortunately they do not offer flights. I have and will return.

I usually eat brick oven pizza but when I'm near a Hungry Howie I got to get one because I enjoy eating the Cajun crust. This store location was clean and accurate on the order. Employee said it be ready in 15 minutes and it was. Location has drive thru window to use if you want. I ate a black olive pizza with the Cajun crust and it was good.
