home made Turkish Cuisine
After Reading some shining TA reviews, I took my family of 6 to this place for lunch. 3 wanted soup. The waitress said there was enough soup for 2 people only. The 2 could not continue after a few spoonful. Tasteless. The other local dishes we ordered were no better, including manti. Since it was hot inside,we sat outdoors which was rather uncomfortable since the cars were passing by very close to our table. The only nice thing about this restaurant was the server who tried her best. Hence the 2 star. Keep away if you do not want a big disappointment.

This is a great place to go if you want to see how liberal well-heeled locals spend their time on the weekends. There was a live band and lots of people when we went on a Friday night. Pros: interesting taste of one facet of local life. Cons: food just okay. steak came on a sizzling hot marble slab that burned my finger and before I could finish eating it, my steak. Recommend the entrecôte if you want steak, my man was happier than me with his. Shrimp were previously frozen, tiny, and swimming in a really boring tomato sauce. Ravioli were very good and very Turkish, not Italian. Plus everything took sooooo looooong to come. We were there 2 hours to eat those 3 things. The music was so loud that after an hour it became painful. And it was darn hot in there, as Turkish people love to keep indoor areas extremely hot in winter time. We left extremely cranky actually. The staff were nice though and compared to Ankara/Istanbul, the prices were fine for a traveler on a decent international currency. All in all, I was happy I experienced the upscale local Friday night but I'm not going back.

I went there after all the positive reviews I saw on TripAdvisor. It was cheap, the food was delicious.

I have been there on a few occasions and generally get their special. I have had mixed experiences . . . sometimes the food is great and seems to be worth the price but other times I feel that it is overrated. It sits in a neat part of town so the ambiance is very nice and the service is always friendly and fast. There is never a rush to leave and in fact they will continue bringing çay/tea or coffee as long as you would like.

Pino was a popular restaurant for a few decades in Eskisehir. However the owners insist on their out of date menu and expect locals to respect what they offer. There should be many more items and options on their menu which I am not going to mention here.

Just off the river canal, in the parklands, the balcony/terrace has an attractive white picket fence, white timber decor & nautical open air ambience.
The food can be ordered a-la-carte or 'point your choice from the display window' or 'pick your fish, for your dish' methods.
Plenty of fresh & steamed veggies & mezze to accompany your seafood, at reasonable to expensive prices, (obviously determined by your choices.)
Friendly, casual, helpful staff, (though english might be stretching the friendship, so the internationally recognised 'pointing', can work nicely here.)
Recommended.

Good ambience, interesting interior, large selection of drinks. My guests from different countries all liked here. Food selection is not as good as drinks selection, but acceptable. Service staff is friendly but it is not enough. I only recommend service staff to be more careful and professional.

This place is one of the cornerstones of Eskisehir for years. It's a typical 'meyhane' someplace you go to drink raki (altough they now carry a fine selection of local wines) , eat good food and chat with your friends about life, love, politics , cars , whatnot.
The menu is not huge but whatever you eat will be good, the place is never fancy because it's never intended to be so and the service is friendly.
Try any one of the veggie mezes and especially the liver and take your time to enjoy the food and the conversation. It'll be worth it.

1981'den bu yana Eskişehir'de geleneksel ve doğal lezzetlerimiz ile kahvaltılarınıza eşlik ediyoruz.
Doyuran Breakfast Saloon is so close to Eskişehir Stadium. When i come to Eskişehir, i eat at this place once or twice. Many students live in Eskişehir so this place is cheap. Usually the place is crowded and you have to wait. However, you can drink a cup of tea or coffee when you are waiting the line. That is very nice. Food are so delicious. Also employees are so welcoming. I'm very satisfied. Therefore, you should come and try for once.

It is one of the most well known restaurant in Eskisehir Provience. The Doner is made by entrecote through woodenfire barbecue. The Doner is the only meal in our menu. After it homemade baklava is served as a desert.
