The lines are sometimes long but believe me, it's worth the wait. The homemade ice cream is fantastic and the young women working there are friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Tucked onto a Main Street with tables outdoors, some tables inside and a bar. This wine and beer bar is quaint and delicious.
Starting with some pate, barley soup and cheeses with pears, honey and blue cheese to finish. Crackers were too thin and the soup was a little thyme heavy.
Delicious and would definitely go back.
Wine specials and carefully thought out menus make this a spot you want to give your business to.

A Delicious Dining Experience. Progressive yet casual, Howards is the perfect place to enjoy high quality entrees prepared with fresh ingredients and our friendly staff will provide superior service. Menus include Lunch, Early Bird, Dinner and Breakfast on Sundays.
My husband and I went to Howards for lunch after Easter service. We did not have a reservation and they were completly booked for Easter lunch but the hostess offered us a seat at the bar. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable it was. We were immediately waited on by Kristy. We both ordered their lamb lollipops. They were accompanied with a baked potato and fresh, steamed green beans with carrots. Everything was delicious. There was no need for the steak knife they gave us as the lollipops were so tender that they melted in your mouth. I highly recommend Howards for your next outing. The waitresses are friendly, the selections plenty and the food was great.

This was our first time visiting Farlows. Other reviews had indicated great food, location and no reservations. We called ahead on a Monday and it was very busy around 5:30. There is a great spot out back along the water to sit and have a drink while you wait with a fire pit. The menu had many choices and the food was exceptional. The service was very good. If in the area it is a must to visit.

Love their lunch specials. I had a delicious ham, cheddar and swiss cheese quiche, fruit salad and home made cornbread. The quiche was a deep dish piece of pie. Tasty and moist. The fruit cup consisted of strawberries, blueberries and grapes. The cornbread was delicious. Our friends had the chili and half sandwich lunch specials. The portions are very good. Staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable. Definitely like the place.

Eating at Mango’s is never disappointing. Their lobster salad on their freshly made pineapple bread is delicious!! Soups are homemade and very yummy. Do try the Mango iced tea. To end a delicious meal try their homemade desserts. I love the Creme brûlée. Don’t miss this fun restaurant.

The only place in Englewood, Florida to get a Real New Orleans Snoball. Don't know what that is? A shaved ice treat with over 60 flavors from which to choose plus numerous toppings available. Please inquire about sugar free flavors. Hours of operation are Wednesdays - Saturdays: 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Sundays: 1 - 6 p.m. As always, weather permitting. Please follow on FaceBook "The Sno Queen" for more current updates on early closures or openings. There are times when the 180 North Indiana Ave location is closed due to my serving at an event. You'd find this information on The Sno Queen on Facebook. ***The Sno Queen is a Food Truck and does not serve anything but Real New Orleans Snoballs. There doesn't seem to be an appropriate category other than "restaurant."
My snow cone was so good. I will go back to try more flavors. The lady who runs it was very nice. Make sure you stop. It is also priced reasonably, $2 for a small.Wendy - Thank you for your kind words about my Real New Orleans Snoballs. I'm so glad you enjoy them and thank you for sharing here on Trip Advisor. Stay cool!

This is a sweet little spot with really great pizza -- fresh ingredients, gourmet toppings, intimate atmosphere. I'm so over the chains, so was thrilled to find this local gourmet pizza place nearby. I don't eat meat but there are so many unique veg toppings (like sweet potatoes, caramelized onions, exotic mushrooms, roasted eggplant) that I never get tired of the yummy combinations. Eating in is quiet and intimate. Take out is easy and quick. They have tables outside but you're basically on the sidewalk and it can smell like cigarette smoke, so that wouldn't be my first or second choice. Still, this is my go-to place for pizza, every time.

This used to be our "go to" place for really good food. Not so much this trip.
The wait was ridiculous - 45 to 50 minutes turned into well over an hour. In their favor they brought out pizzas for the many people waiting in line.
Also waited quite a while for our entrees even though we ordered as soon as the, server arrived at our table. I found the portions especially small on pasta, almost an appetizer size ! And then it was the wrong pasta, spaghetti was delivered and not the ziti that was ordered. No way were we going to send it back and waste even more time.
We were both very disappointed.
If you go, go in a group you'll be seated more quickly than just 2 people.
