Easter lunch or any day, you will not be disappointed. Everything on the menu looks delicious which makes it hard to choose. We tried the sangria (fabulous), crab cakes with poached eggs, Pot roast with eggs, heuvos Ranchero, and
Carmel apple strata for dessert (yum) . Already planning on coming back. Don't miss!

Six of us met here for a birthday. After we climbed the very long staircase to the upstairs dining room, we were surprised at how bright and nice it was up there. Very pleasant and very old; not made to look old, but really old. The sign said "Washroom" and a light came on to let you know it was occupied. Now for the cuisine: appetizers, sandwiches both hot or cold. Scandinavian custom type food. I tried an absolutely wonderful banana, brandy, ice cream cocktail and would go back for just that!!

A locally owned and operated, full-service restaurant with full liquor bar, 100 craft beers, video slots and video poker. Party room available and catering
Maybe it was just bad timing, but i found Stanley's Ale House to be disappointing after reading all the other reviews. Everything was adequate; service, selection and food. Nothing to really recommend it.Dave, I am sorry you didn't have the same experience as our other guests, yes I assume maybe bad timing. We are making MAJOR renovations to the facility and I hope you try us again soon

This is a local breakfast and lunch place. I visited once last year for breakfast and loved. it. I also visited recently for lunch and it was mediocre at best. I will go back for breakfast but not lunch.

Picked up take-out here for a friend in nearby rehab who was tired of institutional food. This little gem was a welcomed relief for her. We both throughly enjoyed the Classic Crawfish Étoufée, that had plenty of spice and wickedly delicious! I also got the...MoreThank you so much for taking the time to let us know that you enjoyed your meal. Hopefully we will see you in the near future when you have time to enjoy more of the many choices we have to offer at Grumpy Goat Tavern.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday at the Public House. I had the grilled Portobello mushroom sandwich. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich and our daughter had a hamburger. We all enjoyed our food and the time we had together. The staff were very attentive and friendly. This is a casual dining establishment.

A very large locale, we visited on a week night before closing. Nobody but us, Mexican soccer on tv, we found a Good selection of food and beers, reasonable prices, excellent service even before closure
The Chicken caprese was quite abundant and healthy, as it was the special soup of the day.

We were seated at a booth at a window on the far side (south) opposite the entrance. I recommend that location. People in booths near the front door or at tables seemed to have trouble conversing because of the acoustics. Granted, this was Sunday mid-morning, and the place was packed. We all enjoyed our food. Our wait person was pleasant and gracious, not at all bothered by the noise and chaos and the child dumping the plate of food on the floor at the table across from us. She was stellar, the perfect person for this customer service job at this great place. Other staff members also were pleasant and seemingly unflappable. Kudos to management for setting this great tone. This added to my pleasant, first-time experience at Burnt Toast.

Home to America's favorite Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef, burgers, salads, and chocolate cake.
If you're looking for classic Chicago hot dogs, brats, or Italian beef, or generous creative salads served up with fast efficiency, Portillo's is the place to go. The atmosphere inside is "good time" fun, but you won't find a more efficient and speedy drive through experience no matter what you order. Love Portillo's.

It is okay. I have been here numerous times with my famnly, and I will say the staff is great, they are attentive and friendly, but the food isn't. I don't know that I have ever been thrilled with anything I have ordered.
