I was here when it was brand new several years ago and it is just as clean now as it was then.
Sonya and I had breakfast Sunday Morning and although the breakfast menu was a little limited, it was all very good and quite reasonable. I had an Omelet and two sausage links with water. Sonya has pancakes, bacon and hash browns with tea.
The bill was just over $15 and service was really good.
Lunch from the steam table is not ready until 11 Am on Sunday so my information about lunch is several years old. I think you can get a plate lunch or choose all you can eat.
I no longer eat pie but I came as close to ordering pie as I have in a long time. I did take a photo of the pie.
They have built an outdoor stage and a small playground since I was there last. It looks nice.
This is not the most amazing food you will ever eat, but it is quite good and you will be well satisfied with the value and the facility.

Very nice, clean restaurant. Great menu selection. Food made fresh to order. Very nice and personable staff. Prices are right on the money. Family oriented. Parking lot, sit down restaurant with patio. Highly recommend.

The Ridge Restaurant is a counter service restaurant that offers a full service bar and serves burgers, fries, pizza, appetizers, hot dogs, nachos etc. Enjoy our delicious food dining indoors in the a/c while watching one of our 5 TV's, outside on picnic tables or on one of our 2 covered decks. We have breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Soft serve ice shop with a covered deck and seating. Large parking area for boats and rv's to pull thru.
Wickliffe Plaza has really good pizza, the atmosphere is nice with an outside deck that does kind of look over a neighboring cemetary. It sits right on the highway so there is some road noise, but its close to the Patoka Lake entrance and camping area, it seems to do a lot of business in the summer from boaters. The do have beer and well drinks and run a package store also. The food is good appears to be made on location and they have a good variety. I would recommend it to families or couples that are looking for a local restrauant.

Had lunch here...nice choices. The was pretty good. I had pork chops, they were really good and the portions are huge. The staff was really nice and did a good job of taking care of us.

We were camping at Patoka Lake for Halloween weekend and decided to go here for dinner. There were nine of us and almost everybody got a half rack of ribs. They were cooked to perfection. My husband and I split our dinner and the ribs were wonderful. They also had homemade pork rinds that were fresh as an appetizer. That is not something I would normally ever eat however they were so good. They had a real good seasoning on them and we're addicting. When we were there the place was completely full and it was a cold night and people were even eating outside. The staff was very outgoing and personable. Everybody was super friendly and we would definitely go back. We will for sure go back here in the future... probably every single time we ever visit Patoka.

This restaurant is now "Somewhere on Patoka" regular bar and bar food. Service is hit or miss...lots of turn over in help.

You have to love this restaurant. It is the heartbeat, the town center for Birdseye, IN and people come from miles around to eat the best breakfast anywhere. The portions are large so bring an appetite. The Saturday morning special is big enough that I usually just get a half order. The Sunday Morning Buffet is out of this world. The service is fantastic because they always treat you like home folk. On Friday and Saturday they are open for lunch and dinner but there are week days that they are only open for breakfast and lunch. Seriously give this restaurant a try, I guarantee you will return once you experience it for yourself.

We stopped on a Sunday for lunch. We ordered drinks and once they were delivered we were told they were out of everything but pizza, wings, burgers. We already had drinks so felt we needed to stay. There were no healthy options available: no salads, no grilled chicken, no veggies of any kind. Since this place is newly remodeled with new owners, maybe there will be more options down the road. We wanted to sit on the new large deck but there was no shade and no umbrellas and lots of bees and wasps. It seems like it would be a fun weekend hangout for karaoke & drinks, but not great for children. No kids menu available.
