We were warmly welcomed into the restaurant. Great authentic atmosphere. I had Paneer Makhani and my fellow diner had Palak Paneer. They were both large servings and totally delicious, especially the Paneer Makhani with its tomato based sauce. I usually only eat mild curries and sometimes at Indian restaurants they vary with some that I'm only just able to get down, but this was perfect. Even my husband who eats medium curries loved it. We also had an Aloo Kulcha Naan and a plain Naan. They were up there with the best we've ever eaten. Dishes that others ordered emerging from the kitchen looked equally delicious and were beautifully presented. The service was impeccable. We'll definitely come back again and recommend it!

Came here with high expectations as a Japanese friend recommended this place
We ordered a little of everything
Sushi: a little better than other places but nothing stood out
The eel didn't have much taste
The fish egg sushi was very salty
Sashimi was nice but standard stuff
Tempura and Tofu were standard stuff
The place is small so you better book ahead
Prices are what I expected
Food came out a little faster than expected

It's good for its no nonsense approach in preparing fried dishes which are in general less oily nor salty as other restaurants nearby. Tables and utensil were clean, the same comment extended to the unisex bathroom too.
Extra $1 was charged per head when you visit on public holiday though.
The decor may not be for everyone, especially the tight space near entrance. You can avoid the crowd by having lunch earlier before 12:15 though.

dear oh dear some value add is always a pleasure worth returning for even when the tastes are pretty good. We ordered Delivery and new to the area we anted to find the best local Indian.
Butter chicken, chicken tikka and lamb rogan josh mains were tasty, saucy and plenty of meat. No disappointment there.. the bahji are good though over fried and the accompanying sauce was a perfect accompaniment.
But an order of pappadums at $2.50 gave us four which were all smashed to smithereens. Not good.
The cheese naan was under filled and the garlic naan certainly didn't tast fresh. The rice side was small.
The whole meal looked like it had been thrown into the bags and leakages abounded. It was a mess. Not happy.

Love Korean drama and look like I have started to like Korean food after a few try.
We had the BBQ, love the marinated beef ribs. Wrap it with lettuce plus the side dish, fish cake, just yummy.
Comes with many choices of side dishes and top up are free.
Caution, make your reservation, otherwise you will waiting to get a table. We book ours for 6:30pm but when we arrived at the restaurant, it was already full.

Great food, exceptional service and the food is consistently good.
The owner, and the staff are welcoming and friendly and they know the art of great service. Orders are taken and the entree arrives quickly. The main course arrives at the appropriate time and is traditionally a large meal, but all the food there is so well cooked and so delicious.
The Deserts and home made and delicious.
The wine selection is good and I had a beer this time, and on a hot day, it was so refreshing.
I have written on this restaurant several times over the years, but it is always so damn good. The bill is very reasonable for the quality and amount of food.
My only suggestion is don't be put off by the first impression, its in a little shop with some outdoor dining (undercover). Go and enjoy at possibly our favorite restaurant

What a great place for a coffee. Cafe Centro is in the middle of Eastwood. It's a great place to stop for a coffee and a meal. I ordered a 3/4 full flat white. It was made beautifully. Nice and friendly service and an good menu. Well worth a visit.

Visited here in a group of 8 and we booked. Dinner was at 7.30pm and we were told they had run out of prawns. Not really a good start. We were given magazines to look through for our meal choices.
We ate dumplings, duck pancakes, san choy bao and salt and pepper calamari. The food was quite nice however we were squashed in, it was ridiculously noisy and not all staff understood English. Asking for wine glasses and the bill was a challenge. The decor is old and dated.
The restaurant was full with a queue out the door and is obviously popular with the locals.
Parking is scarce. Parking in the Woolworth's car park (in the Eastwood centre) is for 2 hours only and closes promptly at 9.30pm.
Cost $45.00 per couple including tip. BYO wine only.

I go here regularly for their green tea latte and banoffie cake. The coffee is really good, and they hve talented baristas that makes it even better with some latte art and quick service. The cakes are fresh and new every morning, and I hae become addicted to the banoffie cake which I have never ever heard about before.
This is a very good place to relax and enjoy with a cup of coffee and something sweet to eat.
Friendly and quick service:)
