The restaurant is attached to the Glenora winery. Wonderful view of the lake on a crisp fall day. We mixed and matched the sandwiches ( Cuban, Reuben, chicken) and the spicy curry pumpkin soup was perfect. Gewrtzstruminer was our wine of choice, and no regrets.

At the Stonecat, it is our belief that food is life. We feel that what people eat is the biggest mark of their culture and a reflection of how they feel about life. We like life in Hector and enjoy waking people up to vibrant, fun food that is grown organically and sustainably. We celebrate the bounty of the Finger Lakes region and focus on regional, sustainable food purveyors and local wine, beer, and craft cocktails. Reservations are highly recommended. Please visit our website for service hours, music listings and special events.
This restaurant is so warm and cozy. The food was amazing. The wine list is so great many choices from many of the surrounding local wineries. Our service was less then great but this did not take away from our evening.

A small solar powered brewpub along Seneca Lake in Hector, New York. In addition to our own brews and house made Beef on Weck sandwich, we offer world class craft beer, Finger Lakes wine, cider and soft drinks. Come enjoy the expansive views from our deck the next time you visit. Cheers!
The beer is of very good quality. And the view just adds to the experience. Fun spot. Food is not a priority here but some is available. I would go there for the great beer.

A nice drive up a country road. We arrived at a old time looking home/building with a nice porch. Once we walked in the restaurant, we were amazed at how nice it was. A very nice bar in the front and the restaurant seating throughout. The staff was very helpful and kind. The food is a must try. Very good and a nice variety. We arrived on opening and about 30 minutes later the place was packed. There's still enough room to enjoy yourself though. Very nice history on the building. I would definitely recommend for a big group or just a few friends wanting to get away, have a drink and relax!

The schedule will be carefully managed so that each offering is a special well thought out and executed experience. We were disappointed to learn that Suzanne is no longer open to the public but only for private party and banquet functions.

Great restaurant to meet up with family and friends in a comfy environment. The cocktails are wonderful and the food is down home type, no large menu with hundreds of items.

We were looking for somewhere to get an afternoon treat, and decided to give this place a try, They were very busy but the service was speedy, and the ice cream delicious. We ordered the smallest sizes and couldn't believe how generous the portions were.
Well worth a visit.

Simply Retrolicious - From OMG omelets to burgers on Dinemade rolls, everything old is new again at this quaint, nostalgic Penn Yan icon. Breakfast and a smile served all day.
This is a very original old wooden diner, which hasn't been changed much in the intervening years -- and that's the good news! There was a line to get in, but the tables turned quickly. They have an app that will text you when your table is ready. So yea, even though it's an old building, they think young!
Absolutely one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time. Home fries, in particular, were great.
Do yourself a favor and experience this place. It's a must stop diner in the beautiful Finger Lakes!

Homemade sausages, burgers and local wieners. Condiments are made in-house and locally sourced. Milkshakes, soda from Johnny Ryan, floats, beer (bottled and on tab), wine. Outside seating is available
We stopped here on our way home after visiting some wineries on Seneca Lake. It was very tasty! My husband had the double hotdog and enjoyed it very much. I had poutine fries, and they were delicious! I highly recommend them!

We stopped for lunch during a wine tasting trip.
Barb had an excellent burger ("Hamburger" is German right?) that was made with freshly ground beef. I had the lunch special "Viennese bento box" ... a sampler platter which is a great idea because there are so many menu items you want to try.
We didn't have room for dessert so we got a selection of the pastries to go.
Service was friendly and Dano himself was working the room, greeting his guests.
