I have been to Huck's many times over the last few years and everything is consistently great. From the time you walk in and are greeted by a smile to the time you leave and are greeted by a very pleasant cashier you feel like you are important to this place. The catfish is always cooked perfectly and delivered hot. The fries ( I try, but just can't help ordering them ) are fresh cut and perfectly cooked. All other sides I have had have also been very well done. The dining area is always clean and the minute someone leaves a waitperson is there to make it spotless for the next customer. Perhaps one of the best surprises is the prices are very reasonable. Once in a while Huck comes out of the kitchen and greets customers. Huck's is a five star plus place to enjoy a meal.

Appears to be a local favorite with several people happy to be hanging out. Multi-generational crowd. Friends meet here.
Nice lunch menu - I enjoyed the grill cheese panini with bacon.
Menu includes cakes, sandwiches, salads and the standard coffee house drinks. $10 for my sandwich, bag of chips, and a cold drink.
Sadly - no wifi.

We went expecting unique made from scratch donuts because of the name, but we didn't see anything different than your average good donut shop. I don't mean to give it a bad review at all. They have a good variety and friendly staff. We were just a little disappointed that they didn't have a more unique (not cookie cutter) selection.

We love this place! Nicks has a diner type atmosphere with good food. The great service is what sets this place apart from other restaurants. They also give back to the community with free Thanksgiving meals all day long on Thanksgiving. The food is very good-especially the homemade soups which come with almost every meal. They have daily specials at great prices.

This place used to have the best barbeque around. I always went w/a group & when the majority felt the quality was slipping, we stopped coming. There were still some fans in the group, so we recently returned & I opted to try a burger. The meat was sparse, mealy & did not taste @ all like beef. The veggies were crisp & fresh, but the bun was stale. There are far better options at & below the price point,. including fast food options. Sticking to my guns next time & urging the group to go elsewhere.

My son took me to eat the $10 catfish on Sunday. He had been the couple of Sunday's before and loved it. He was right, it was fresh and tasty!! Very good service and friendly staff. They kept checking on us and asking if we needed more fish.
I will be back!!!

Had a chance to visit this Cotton Patch again. Was surprised to find they had completely remodeled in the past few months. It must be working well because we had to stand in line to get in but the short wait was worth it. The food was as good as we remembered and the wait staff was friendly and efficient. This continues to be one of our favorite Cotton Patch restraurants but they need to bring back the Blue Moon draft. I always liked the old style interior and the new one is more modern I guess. I'm not sure I like the change but the I go for the food and the service.

This "Bar-B-Que" place goes out of their way for Vegetarians! We called over the owner and asked what he and his wife could do for two Vegetarians for special Baked Potatoes,, He suggested grilled onion for my wife's and grilled chopped Anaheim pepper for mine. Add a little BBQ sauce with the normal trimmings and WOW ! What a potato.! The Anaheim pepper added a great flavor,,, He even offered to grill our own veggie patties for a veggie burger if we would bring them in.
Their pecan cobbler was good also, just add ice cream with it,,. This is a 30 min hike for us to get to but well worth it. I think they serve beer also ? ?

Searched on Trip Advisor for a local non-chain place to meet family "halfway" between OKC and Tyler, TX.
I decided on this place and it was great. We arrived around 11:30 and were seated right away. Drinks were delivered and orders taken promptly. I didn't get our servers name but he was very pleasant and attentive. Food came out as ordered, hot and fresh. Very flavorful. Large portions. Especially on the sopapilla, it was huge! Personal preference- I like the ultra thin chips, these were a bit thicker but were hot and had a good corn flavor.
By the time we left, the place had filled up and there was a wait to be seated. The restaurant was clean. No sticky floors. The ladies restroom was very clean and fresh. Eclectic mix of tables and chairs. Very good place!
