My wife who is Thai and I visited this restaurant a couple of days ago,I can tell you that if you want authentic Thai food don't come here .the chefs are not Thai ,we asked for spicy but the food was not, in fact it was quite plain and nothing like Thai food, I had chicken with cashew nuts ,it was just cooked chicken with nuts added rather than all stir fried together!
My wife had yum talay with seafood,it was just mixed seafood in a sweet sauce ,it should have been mixed with hot chills and not sweet.
So having read many good reviews with trip adviser we went along but unfortunately we were disappointed

This is our second time being here, what a lovely place it is but mostly the staff is amazing and the guy running the bar is professional. Keep up the great work.

We know Sea Breeze cafe for many years.
It is located at the beach a good place to see the sun set.
I like the fish and chips dish with fries.
Big portion, so we share.
Nice drinks including cocktails.
At this moment there a not a lot of tourists but the staff is not focussing on the few customers.
Everytime I have to find them for asking, a drink, the bill abd after the first drink for something to eat....
Wifi good. This is a cafe with a lot of potential but they do not used it.

My husband and I popped in here for lunch yesterday. It is cosy with a very relaxed atmosphere. We sat out the front and watched the world go by, whilst enjoying some nice food. However, it wasn't until we spontaneously ordered a scoop of homemade ice cream that we realised what a gem this place is. Without a doubt, the rich chocolate ice cream is THE BEST chocolate ice cream I have had had anywhere - including Italy (and they invented the stuff!). Really rich and thick. Stunning. We're planning to do a 1.5 hour detour on our way back just so we can have more. That's how good it is!

If you think Bali is an island and you can get fresh and good fish in this Japanese restaurant - you are wrong. Some positions are missing, from ones which are available maybe salmon skin maki and chicken wings are worth of trying. Deep frozen fish everywhere (read: tasteless), amateur style in outfit, too much mizukan in rice. We were quite disappointed.

We ate here twice during our stay in Lovina. They came and collected us from our villa and dropped us back after. We had 2 children with us and they do cater for children which was great. Lovely setting, right on the beach and the staff are really great.
We enjoyed both meals, my son-in-law had the snails twice! Having lived in France for over 5 years he was amazed at how good they were.
If you are a family then this is a great place to take your children. I would recommend this place to all

While visiting the area of Lovina, our guide gave us the option of eating along the beach. My wife and I saw Santhi Bar has an amazing beach view and the menu catered to western visitors. We were members of the clean plate club, both burger baskets with fries were a great treat. The staff and location are perfect, and we appreciated clean bathrooms on site. Unsure if credit cards are accepted, we did not see any signage or "Visa / Mastercard Accepted Here" in the restaurant or menu...HAVE CASH.
The only reason I can't rate this excellent is also the proximity to the street, sidewalk and beach with a constant stream of vendors. We had a corner table that offered unobstructed views of the beach, but also any vendor walking past could approach you. They are not pushy by comparison to western standards, but anytime you made eye contact (and it's hard not to as you're looking at the beach) they would approach. We politely said "no thank you," at least five or six times with many others motioning over. I think staff could run interference a little more for guests or place a sign on the exterior asking vendors to not approach.
Aside from that one issue, a great place if you find yourself at Lovina Beach.

Sat in one of the huts after selecting our fish & squid. It was perfect. Sunset, great food, cold beer. The seafood was fresh, probably fresher than at most hotels & restaurants. Cooked to perfection. More than we could eat, but was so good we managed. A massive feast for less than 2 Maccas meals & a superb view over the ocean, cool sea breeze, an amazing night. I'll be back.

i stop off here regularly , they have the coldest drinks in Lovina and all food is at very reasonable prices.....just 400 mtrs off the main Lovina- Serrerit main road and in a quiet area of Kaliasem . when in town you should always try it ...

Everything was good with this place. The staff was kind and helpful, the hole restaurant was clean, also the toilets. The atmosphere was authentic, air con was perfect temperature, the food was sooooo good, the prices was very reasonable and they were all good at English. Our sweet waiter even volunteered to take our crying baby so we could eat in peace. I even breastfed without any shaming looks. Go to this place if you are in Lovina!
