The atmosphere is great. You get on line (there's always a line - but you can call ahead if you wish), order your sandwich and watch them throw the freshly cut deli meat around. The staff can be a little edgy if you don't pay attention and keep the line moving. There are about 5 people making sandwiches, so you have to move down in front of the person making yours. It is loud in there, but its part of the atmosphere. I had an Italian on my most recent visit and loved it.

We met our daughter and son-in-law on a Saturday night, wanting to relax and have a good time. If you like Irish food, and Irish-themed entertainment, you should like this place too. The Bangers & Mash were classic, the mussels done to my wife's exacting standards, and my Gaelic Steak was red and juicy. We even sprang for appetizers and dessert on top of the pints of Smithwicks. The music was loud, but not too loud, and that was fine since the entertainment was an important part of what we came for. The premises are clean and appropriate for an Irish pub setting, the wait staff prompt and friendly. We'll be back.

Location has been the host of good eats for over 30 years. For those of us old enough, we fondly remember grapevine gourmet shop. Glad to know the legacy of the location keeps the quality and experience of dinning to a high standard.

Very clean and relaxed atmosphere, nice selections of tap beer. We started with the roasted artichokes they were fantastic. Followed up with the tuna steak and it was very good as well, my wife had the veggie burger which is made on site and it was fantastic !! Want to go back and have one for myself. Service was really outstanding give it a try for sure

First, I agree with the review about steaks. Do Not order the steak. It is stringy and dried out. Everyone likes this place, but not me. I had a duck special here once. It was super tough.Could not eat it. Next I had the veal and mushrooms. I returned it. It was so very tough. I do think it was real veal. One time I had flounder. It was OK. The mushroom pastry appetizer is good as is the brownie desert. Service is fair if you can understand the waiters. Salads are unremarkable.

Our family of 4 ate here for dinner on the outdoor patio by the water. The food was above average and authentic. Service was a little slow despite being only half full.
Our biggest complaint was the chairs outside are miserable! VERY small, HARD seat bottoms and smaller tables detract from overall dining experience.

Your diner you fell in love with when you were a kid. Pancakes huge and very very tasty. Chocolate chips buried in the pancakes are one of several options. I had probably the best Philly cheese steak sandwich I've ever had. Wife had eggs Florentine with a ton of spinach, um good. Great location off 136th, great service. Just great great great. Our waitress had that southern belle voice that would melt hearts.
Like when the Beach Boys sang, "And the Southern girls with the way they talk
They knock me out when I'm down there" Closes at 2 pm.

Went for a late dinner. Was staying nearby in a motel. I thought the food was ok, maybe a little salty, my wife thought hers was a little too salty. For what it was I thought the price was a little high but nothing outrageous. It was later and the place was pretty empty for a Saturday night. Service was good and friendly. Fyi, this is definitely not a romantic spot for dinner but the ambiance was fine. I would go again. Fyi, not sure however this may be a chain.

Family owned and operated BEST cuban cuisine around!!
Trust the positive reviews because this place is awesome! I went for breakfast and had the traditional breakfast plate . The eggs were fresh, the Cuban bread was great and the OJ was fresh squeezed! I felt as though the food was made for me and not kept under a heat lamp. I knew the food would be good because I had the fried plantains and I felt the love in that and I was told the mojo was made fresh!
The service was top notch and it made the experience all the better. It is tucked away in a trailer park but worth the find. I will be back to try the lunch. I did not take pictures because I ate everything so fast :).

Had breakfast here before heading off to the airport and it was good. A few Dolphins fans were lobbying for us to not get a seat as we were in a competing city football gears..but it was all good and in the name of fun. That aside, out waitress Alejandra was great. Servings are huge and tasteful. It is a small joint in a strip plaza and wait times can easily be an issue but they try their best to turn the tables over quickly. We had steak and eggs and the strawberry stuffed FT which were not disappointing at all. I would go back!
