I loved this little place! As a teacher, how could I resist!? Great coffee and nice staff in a cool space. I only went once and I wish I could go back!

I shopped at this Metro Market a few times and I noticed that customer service at this supermarket number one. Among the many supermarket chains in the Dane county area I have noticed excellent customer service is their way of doing business. Among the always-friendly staff that I have encountered the General Manager of the market is also very humble and friendly to everyone. They also have a wonderful bakery including all sorts of delicious muffins, bagels and wonderful breads.

My wife and I had been to the 1855 Saloon and Grill a few years ago and it was decent...nothing to write home about, but decent. We were in the area, so we decided to drop in for dinner...a bad choice. We sat in the bar area...we not given a menu to start. We had to go find one that was left over from a previous patron. My wife ordered the taco salad and I ordered a reuben. The corned beef seemed like it came out of a package of cold cuts and had a bit of a strange taste...but at least it came with meat. My wife's taco salad which was supposed to come with chicken and beef and had neither in it. We had to point it out to our server. Instead of taking it away, the server took my wife's fork and poked around in it looking for the meat. Once she was satisfied that there was none she took it away. When she brought it back it looked like someone dumped a sloppy joe on top of her salad. It looked and tasted disgusting...as did the chicken. Also, my wife's plate and my water glass had some foreign substance on or in it. We had to point this out to our server as well. Overall, it was a disgusting dining experience...definitely one of the worst meals we have ever had. It goes without saying, we will never go back.

You order at the counter and they bring your food to your table but it is delicious. Their potatoes are made with onion and peppers. Their serving size is quite large so it's easy to split breakfast with someone or take home leftovers. You do need to get your coffee from the pots so really not full service but then you don't have to wait for refill.
They also have great specialty coffees and bakery.

Papa Jimmy's is by far the best pizza in the Madison, WI area. Toppings you can actually taste- sausage and pepperoni are spicey, not bland, cheese is perfect and the crust is not overcooked. Highly recommended!

I had lunch at this restaurant and was unimpressed. If you need a quick fix of Asian food, this restaurant will satisfy that need. I thought the food was tasty and plentiful for the cheap price of $6. The dining area, however, was dumpy and had several boxes of extra food and cleaning supplies stacked against the wall. After we finished our meal we paid the bill at the counter. The kitchen worker wasn't using gloves or wearing a hair net or cap so the cleanliness in the kitchen is questionable. Although my meal was ok, I doubt I will go back.

There was a group of us that went there and most of us had fish. It was pretty good. The service was average.

Stopped here for lunch when driving from Chicago to Minneapolis. Conveniently located right off the highway. Plenty of parking available.
We had the puppy with us so one of us had to stay outside in bitter cold with him. When they found out that we had a dog with us they made sure to give us dog biscuit with our order for him. We both (hubby and I, not puppy terror) had a burger and a malt. I had a vanilla malt and hubby chocolate. Mine was very good and puppy terror enjoyed licking my straw when I was finished. Puppy terror approved as well. Burgers were hot and fresh. Everything tasted great and hit the spot!

One of the nicer Subways you will come across. It is under new ownership, and they seem to care about the business.

Always a friendly place. The few times I have come here, everything was good. The tables are clean when you sit down
