Coron is a fantastic base for adventure, especially for underwater explorers seeking to dive amid the Japanese shipwrecks of the 1940s. Hop a guided mangrove kayak tour or practice your killer spike on the beach-volleyball court at Atwayan Beach. Jungle treks, horseback tours and island camping will further quench your thirst for the ultimate outdoor experience.

We decided to go to that place for our last diner in Coron even though some comments published here were not that good. Clearly the service is very slow and we had to wait for 1h30 to get our meal. But the problem might come from the lack of persons in the kitchen and not from the waitress. The latter were very efficient and prompt to bring our cocktails and appetizers. Morever they warmed us before ordering that the service would be long so there were not wrong expectations.
The food was very very good for both of us - one of the best we had in Philippines - and the view is just perfect.
I would go there again.

Last Dec 27, 2017 dinner at Santino's.The food was superbly cooked but the waiting was crazy. There were many diners but understaffed. We were a group of 5 kids and 3 adults. Right after dining the kids had vomiting and diarrhea. They had service water while we adults had beer. Their water was not clean. My daughter was IV hooked the next day bec she had 9 lbm episodes. This was documented by the tourism office, Coron Westown and the medical doctor.

Went here with my boyfriend and his cousins (one is from the US). Prices were a bit high compared to meals in Manila though it's kind of middle-class fare in this area.
There's a disclaimer at the menu saying the orders take up to 60 minutes and guests who can't wait may order from their ready-cooked meals at the counter so I don't really understand why a number of people are getting worked up about the waiting time. Some restaurants in the area actually have the same policy. A small tip: eat here before 7pm so you can get ahead of the evening crowd. Or eat a bit later, around 9pm. We tried both and we didn't have any problems.
We ordered the Tuna Sisig, Calamares, Mango Shake, and Kare-kare (on display). Our companions really enjoyed the Tuna Sisig that we even ate 2 more orders the night before our flight back to Clark. The Mango shake was a tad too sweet for my taste but I loved the consistency, it's actually smoothie-like and it doesn't turn into juice right away unlike shakes here in Manila.
The service was a bit slow, I think they're understaffed especially when there's an influx of diners. It took a while to get our requests through. And the tables are irregularly shaped so it's hard to position plates and food around.
Overall, we liked this restaurant. Kinda on the more expensive side and long waiting time but it's worth it!
P.S. (We forgot to take photos due to food coma! hahaha!)

We stayed at the hotel on a dive trip. The breakfast was OK and the meals we had were reasonable. However, there was much better food in other restaurants. The table service in the restaurant was adequate but not attentive. It is like the restaurant was a necessary evil at the hotel. I certainly wouldn't book the hotel for the food.

We are a local restaurant serving fresh seafood, homemade noodles, grill fish, vegetarian dishes and many more!!! Now Open for BREAKFAST! Open EVERYDAY 7:30AM to 10:00PM
Service took close to an hour. They seriously need some additional staff. But, when the food came, they were good enough that we almost forgot we waited that long. I can recommend the tuna sisig. Prices are reasonable.

This place get crowded quick, every night so come early. Only about 16 seats packed in, so you may have to wait, but it’s worth it. They have a wide variety of drinks and food for all. Vegan, vegetarian, and Carnivores, come all!
I thought the Chicken Adobo was the best in the Philippines! Be patient and enjoy the full flavor this place has to offer. Best surprise in Palawan!

Upon arriving at Coron first thing I asked was if there was a good coffee place around, and we were told that Coffee Kong is the best coffee shop here in Coron. So we dropped by one late afternoon, ordered the Vanilla Latte and Cafe Mocha, and we truly loved it! Loved the aroma and taste! Surely would recommend this cutesy place.

Our new Dutch friends spoke so highly of this in demand restaurant, so we went without Reservations around 545pm and got in. I appreciate that we have to be shoeless to preserve the gorgeous wood floors. They also provide bags to bring our shoes in so as not to be shoe-napped while eating.
In the way up, we saw the pizza makers and thankfully no long line yet as we were told by our new Dutch friends.
Upstairs we saw the staff religiously mopping the floors everywhere even the WCs so super points for cleanliness.
It was packed, every seat except for the one for us. The vibe was cosmopolitan amidst natural Palawan. We ordered fettuccine Arrabiata and the mixed veg pizza. Both were fantastic and compared to pizza and pasta I had in Venice.
Service was prompt and amiable.
I was happy to know they also had a branch in BF Homes Paranaque in Metro Manila and in El Nido. Will definitely be back.
Sorry I forgot to take pics I wanted to eat rightaway
