San Honorato exceeds expectations of even a 4 star restaurant. The owner, Jose, greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. Placing our order we were taken to the cava (a bricked basement under the restaurant) where we sampled various culinary delights such as chicken liver pate with lightly candied lemons and dried ham. This experience is run by Jose who you can tell takes pride in having a conversation and welcoming you with good food and some wine while your appetizers/entre's are being prepared. Some reviewers have complained that the wine in the cava is not 'to their standard'... it's a decent house wine and Jose offers a Cabernet, Malbec, merlot, and a blend. He's entertaining you with a house wine and house made appetizers and conversation while you wait for your first plates, so I don't understand the complaint at all. He runs a business so he's not going to serve a $500 bottle of wine to everyone for free...
I started with a carpaccio that was quite good, but the main course is what stole the show. I ordered the 'Cachete con cachete, pechito con pechito', a play on the name of a song, but consisting of pork cheeks and beef cooked in their own juices served with polenta and pumpkin. I will be trying to recreate this dish in my kitchen for months... it was ridiculously good, and I highly recommend anyone to order this dish -- if you've never had cheek meat before, don't worry, just embrace it and you will wonder why everyone doesn't offer a dish with cheek meat on it. It's a rich dish but the meat is very tender, and the sauce has a ton of flavor that will leave you using your bread to sop up the last of the sauce.
The wine selection is really good as well, and while the prices do get up there for the highest tier (approx 450 USD), but compared to prices in the US, you can get a really good wine at a decent price.
Desert offers a wide breadth of options, from crime brûlée served 4 ways to garlic ice cream (if you love garlic it's awesome!). The experience wraps up with a taste of their homemade lemoncello, which was a nice surprise.
Overall, this will be on my list of places to visit every time I come to Córdoba from now on.

I always visit this restaurant when I've been to Cordoba. There's something nice about it. Very charming staff that make you feel welcome and in your house. I really enjoyed every meal I had before. This last time our group ordered fried calamari and I ordered a steak milanesa, which was huge dish and couldn't finish! This is one of the best restaurants I've been in Cordoba and will definetely visit again. Everyone loved what they ordered, oh and the bife de chorizo was excellent!!!

In a completely renovated sector of the central area of Cordoba, Resto Sibaris Windsor Hotel & Tower is ideal for lunches or dinners. Wide sidewalks, great luminary and the view to the square of the San Francisco Church, revalued the area providing security and generating a must for those arriving in the city view. In an environment designed according to the last trends, care in every detail and delicate combination of flavors and aromas, characterized an exclusive menu of dishes specially prepared by our chef and his team Roal Zuzulich. Along with the suggestions of weekly and monthly dinners high range, discover a cellar with more than 200 labels renowned wineries in our country.
Located in the Windsor hotel, 2 blocks from Azur hotel, its under renovation which might have affected the experience. The "present" restaurant had lighting that was bright and clinical like, doubtful music and OK staff. Menu was limited to 2 starters and 4 main courses so choices are clearly limited. Price however didn't seem to take any of these inconveniences into account. Suggestion is wait until the work is all done and then try it. In the meantime you can spend your money better elsewhere

I have been a faithful patron of Antares having spent the month of May in Cordoba. i was attending almost every night and had not returned until the first week in August due to a tumor located on the spinal-cord. The surgery was delicate requiring physical therapy daily with my right side mid.waist down numb and unresponsive. Of course bladder control is a major issue with this type of intervention. The effort I make almost daily to frequent this establishment requires energy and strength to be able to climb the stairs not only to the entrance but also to the second floor bathroom .I have complete strength in my upper body enabling me to rely upon the hand rails for climbing.
Last night, I entered the bathroom with my walker and was told to wait until the bathroom was serviced. The floor was not even we or slippery. I related the fact of bladder control and numbness and proceeded Within 2 minutes the assistant mgr
( frankly I do not know how he could have risen to such hights), read me the riot act. I explained the delicate 8 hr. surgery on my spine had consequences, one of them having the need to attend to my personal needs on a timely basis. The Gen. manager was called and he seemed to be more understanding. I was polite but insistent and frankly let both staff and patrons know of my less than sympathetic treatment..... actually it was pathetic treatment.
This leads me to an important point. My condition willtakemonths more before returning to a near-normal life. How about those who are permanently disabled? What precautions has Antares made for individuals who have limitations and handicaps? Bathrooms on first floor? Wheel chair accesability?
My overall experienceat Antares with the staff has been very pleasant and they look forward to serving me because I try to exude a positive spirit and leave a good tip.
With all the great folks at Antares I will miss you. I do not believe I will be returning. I will be going to O´Connors where I feel the ambiance is more artisian than industrial.

It's not easy to find anything other than traditional Argentinian food outside of the bigger cities in Argentina, so we decided to give this one a go. It's pretty authentic, not fancy at all. Various locals popping in for Takeout food too.
We enjoyed the food & it was a welcome change but my only criticism is that it wasn't really spicy enough - not as spicy as we would have Lebanese food back home in the UK.

In 2000 , our dream was to differentiate ourselves by constant quality service and continuous improvement in dishes that every day you enjoy in our store . Today , we reaffirm our commitment and we invite you to continue enjoying these traditional flavors that make you choose us 10 years later.
We went to this place with friends during our first night out after arriving in Argentina. We hadn't been here on our previous visits and we had heard good things about it: that the food was good and the atmosphere was relaxed and altogether a cool place to get together with friends. Well, it was really disappointing. The food was ok but the service was truly appalling; those guys they have waitressing there do not really want to be there doing thst job and they show it. They were very slow coming to take your order, they were very hadty, didn't even wait for you to finish saying what you wanted to have, once or twice actually walked away before we were done. Terrible attitude. Definitely not coming back.

In 2006, we founded Cientovolando, intending to become a classic of Cordoba. In Cientovolando'll find drinks and cocktails to accompany our various gastronomic proposals. Our customer service is different, our customers are our friends, have seen us grow and accompany us forever. We invite you to meet us and join in this great family.
I came here with fairly high expectations given other reviews and was a bit disappointed.
To the restaurant's credit, service is prompt and attentive.
The atmosphere is also pretty good with a lively crowd and good decor.
However, the food leaves more than a little to be desired. The bread for the table was dry, my olives were not fresh and my Milanese was tough with a breading that was not fully cooked.
Everyone else seemed to be having a good time and everything else about the meal was on point, so it may be worth your while to try this place yourself. I however won't be returning.
