I wanted to take my special lady to a special place to celebrate our 27th anniversary. I called for reservations and in conversation mentioned it was an anniversary celebration.upon arrival there was valet parking. Entering the restaurant, we were greeted, reservation was checked, and brought to our table. Menus were presented, water and hot bread delivered. Everything on the menu is a la cart, and higher priced thus making this location a special occasion restaurant. We had a glass of white wine to toast our occasion, and our server came by and told us of the specials. I was impressed that he remembered it all. We chose two of the mentioned specials, duck, and scallops, with a side of spinach, and four jumbo shrimp for the appetizer. The wine was good, water was refilled without a cue, and a another hot bread was ordered. The shrimp arrived on a ice filled tray with lemon and cocktail sauce. They were skinless, large and meaty. The meals arrived with impressive status. The spinach side was a tasty purée. With my duck came string beans and a yam purée. The food was delicious and prepared well. For dessert we shared a parfait. Every time our plates were removed, the table was cleaned off of crumbs. The parfait arrived with a surprise touch. It was remembered that this was an anniversary dinner, and the parfait arrived on a platter with lit candles in two strawberries with "Happy Anniversary" written in chocolate. The parfait was made with fresh whip cream, chocolate pudding, and berries. A delicious way to end a delicious meal. It as a great dinner experience. We were not rushed, service was tops as the staff was polite and courteous. Through the meal, staff checked with us to be sure all was well. It was a grand celebration!!
I had trouble clicking the ratings so I will include them within this narrative. Service, Food, and Value are Excellent.

We dined outside and it was a beautiful night. The service is really good. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The prices are fair and the food is always fresh. I had my favorite , tortilla soup and quesadillas. My 12 yr. old had a cheeseburger and french fries. There is a good selection for everyone and I am very picky. Can't wait to come back

Great coffee. Bagels and flagels are the best. They even have my belly lox which is hard to find. I love the scallion cream cheese too. My son loves the HOBO. We pick up food from there often.

Tables and chairs were filthy. Facility was hot and air conditioning was inadquate. At noon, they were already "out of" half the items listed on the chalkboard for lunch, even though there were very few patrons. There is no service; you get the food yourself from the counter. Food was pretty awful. Cold salad and cooked sandwich were tasteless and seemed to be prepared days ago. This place should stick to the bakery section and leave dining to those who know what they are doing.

Unlike its Stony Point offshoot, Blu Fig New City is a big hit. Perhaps it's the ambiance of the cobblestone courtyard outside abuzz with people dining al fresco, or of the tin-ceilinged interior that faces a beautiful large pizza oven. Or perhaps it's the large portions and low prices. Though everyone seems to love this restaurant, we have to give it a very mixed review. That picturesque high tin ceiling and the cavernous interior amplify every sound: at lunchtime and dinnertime the noise is overwhelming and conversation is impossible. The quantity and quality of the food vary by dish: the main dish salads are fresh, original, delicious and very affordable: my favorites are the Mediterranean and Southwestern, both very generous with the shrimp. But the chefs' originality doesn't always pay off: the hummus neither looks nor tastes like the real thing; sandwiches are overpriced and understuffed: it's hard to taste anything but the bread; most main dishes are large but diner quality, the exception being their excellent chicken kebabs. By all means stop by and try this restaurant for yourself, but pick your time and menu selection carefully.

Excellent food in an elegantly confortable setting. I had the surf and turf, which may seem unimaginative, but it was beautifully prepared and presented. Good restaurant for business, but a bit expensive.

Specifically, my daughter-in-law, to know what a gem this place is. She and my son flew in from Seattle, and after that first hot, fresh bagel straight off of the oven, she had me bring her back two more times. It's a consumer-friendly industrial experience, where you put on your plastic glove, and pick from bins and racks of the freshest, best tasting baked goods you ever ate. I've heard from many restaurants in the area that their breads, served next to their signature dishes, come from Rockland Bakery, and it's no Wonder (yes, pun intended!)
I plan on visiting more frequently, and not taking this wonderful place for granted any longer.

We love visiting Dee Maria's for lunch and dinner. They have a wide variety of slices prepared (many vegetarian) and can make more to order. Try the "fall veggie" slice which is available year-round and has roasted squash paired with smoked mozzarella.
Also a wide selection of Italian dinner favorites and their own house wine!

It is clear to me that Dunkin' Donuts as a whole has gone downhill quite a bit in 30 years. The food is obviously not fresh as it has that "defrosted" taste to it. Service here is lackluster to put it mildly. I will not be rushing back to this one.

First time here. Very nice venue overall. Attractive bar with polished wood, classy looking bar and chairs. Great little outdoor private patio easily accessible from bar area. Service was generally friendly and on-point. Owner seemed like he appreciated the business (for a change regarding venues today overall).
Party room was nicely set up and easy on the eyes. Appetizer was Good. Salad was Okay. Bread was Good. Main Entree (Chicken Parm. in this case) was Very Good. Dessert was Very Good.
I would visit here again.
