Popular family owned pizza restaurant just west of Concrete on the beautiful North Cascades Highway. In addition to amazing pizzas that many customers journey from far away to eat on a regular basis, there are pasta dishes, sandwiches, salads and homemade gourmet soups. Family atmosphere with inside and outside dining, or to go. Extensive beer and wine lists, espresso, ice cream and more. Check it out!
Stopped and Annie's Pizza Station. This is not fast food. First time had the pizza and salad which was very good. Second time tried the Lasagna and spaghetti and meatballs.
The lasagna was some of the best I ever had in a restaurant. The spaghetti and meatballs were also really good. Portions were very large. Staff was very nice. Don't pass Annie's by.

Stopped here for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Returned for an afternoon coffee and one of the best sticky buns ever. We also stopped for a chicken salad sandwich to go for lunch after hiking in North Cascades Park. The sandwich was not disappointing. If you travel on Hwy 20 make sure to check it out. Thanks to the lovely lady who waited on us.

I saw pictures of inside and wanted to stop here between Winthrop and home. Very glad we did. Burgers were very good and Huckleberry Milkshake was excellent. I just had the deluxe burger with cheese and hubby had Cascade burger. 50's music was playing. what a great stop. Service was fast.

What a great place with a great atmosphere. They have the best scotch Ale beer we have ever tasted. They also have a Black bean burger that is out of this world. There is plenty of seating in the back for the adults and sun and shade and seating inside for families. I recommend this as a stop for anybody traveling on highway 20.

Perks Espresso & Deli offers great full breakfast menu, deli sandwiches, ice cream, baked goods, Fidalgo Bay Coffee, and full espresso menu. We also have a drive thru window and offer take out. Our sub sandwiches are perfect for taking along on hikes when visiting the North Cascades.
Perks, in Concrete, WA, is something of an institution. Helen, the owner, is pleasant, hard-working, and really good at her little grill.
The specialty is coffee and breakfast, so it closes in the early afternoon. Not being a coffee lover, it took me too long (as a local) to go in. But when I had the hamburger, I was blown away by great taste, high quality, and reasonable price. It made me fall in love with hamburgers all over again!

The Lone Star provides good food, reasonable prices, and good service in a casual you-aren't-in-Seattle way. It's a good place to stop and have a burger or a drink. Surprising good selection of sides with your meal.

This was the best surprise while driving the loop. Friendly clean with great food. Family friendly and welcoming. The owner even gave up better directions that allowed us to see more scenery. If you are doing a day drive and get hungry do not settle for less stop here. It is a great mix of American standards with some added Asian fare. The burgers are hand pressed not a frozen patty and cooked to perfection. They also did a special salad made to my specifications. They also have a hotel in town with the same family owned pride so stop eat and rest you will not be sorry.

We were exploring the area and just saw their sign from the road and stopped there. Turned out to be the best (vegetarian) Korean food I ever had. Very nice atmosphere, extremely friendly hosts. Lots of small authentic appetizers (which came as a surprise). When we came in, they apologized the food might take a long time because they just started serving a large party, but brought us the appetizers very quickly; and then the food did not actually take very long at all, and it was delicious. Overall, wonderful experience. Wish they were closer to where we live!

This place needs work and a new barstaff.
I don't know who owns this place but it's not the best place. It's run down and the barkeep was sure loud and obnoxious. We were trying to have conversation but couldn't hear above the barkeep talking to her bartender friend drunk at the bar.
Didn't try food but drinks were good especially the Bloody Mary
