Concordia is a city in and the county seat of Cloud County, Kansas, United States. It is located along the Republican River in the Smoky Hills region of the Great Plains in north-central Kansas. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 5,395. Concordia is home of the Cloud County Community College and the Nazareth Convent and Academy.

My Mom and I stopped by for dinner while driving from Hutchinson, KS back to Omaha, NE. The place is small and somewhat eclectic, the way small Midwestern town eateries often. We were in early, so they haven't ramped up service yet - there was one girl handling the hostess and waitress duties and there were four or five other tables seated - but she was very nice, and food came out in reasonable time. The plates looked and tasted homemade, again bringing back memories of other rural eateries from my time in Western Nebraska. Very pleasant dinner overall, warming both body and soul on a cold December night.

We loved Concordia, but didn't expect to find this kind of coffee house there. The hip decor, excellent coffee, and entree salads are more what we expect to find in an urban setting. The food was excellent, service was prompt, and the restaurant was bustling at lunch time. Highly recommended!

Selected El Puerto instead of the few other fast food choices while passing through Kansas for lunch. The service was very friendly and quick. Seemed like mere moments and our meal was served.
Complementary chips and salsa were served while we ordered and waited. Our meal was hot, apparently homemade and flavorful. No factory food here.
The place is much bigger than the exterior indicated, which is good because it is very popular with locals. Seemed that every table was busy during a Saturday lunch.
Located on the main street in the old downtown area, parking is on the street. We were able to park right in front.
All in all, a very good choice for lunch in Concordia. We will be back again.

Probably one of the best coffees I've had outside New York. A great bean and barista is a hard combination to find in the Midwest. So come here for a coffee then visit the museum and then go somewhere for lunch.
Also I don't use plastic so it was great to have a choice.

I was part of a storm chasing group and we stopped here for lunch. What a treat. I had the best hamburger in Kansas and they happily made it to order. I'll be asking to stop here next time we go through Concordia.

We really enjoyed our burgers and will have to go back to try the PB&J sundae soon! Onion ring appetizer wasn't too huge, but the side salad was nice along with it. I had the western burger with sour cream and chive fries and my husband had a burger with steak fries and we were both very pleased. We left at about 6 on a Saturday night and their were already people waiting for a table!

The food was fresh and hot,not over cooked and was easy to order at the picnic area at the front. Car hop was friendly and was just allot better than others I have ate at.

first time to eat breakfast at subway and the service was great and the people were friendly. The service was fast and the tables were nice and clean.
