We were looking for a good place to eat meat and a local friend insisted this was the best place to go. I recommend for a big group the parrillada because it has a little bit of everything (shrimp, meat, chicken and chorizo). We were 12 and order two parrilladas and even had some left overs. Their sausage (chorizo) is home made which is not very common for a restaurant and it's great. I had a lemonade prepared with soda and it was perfect for the 93F day we had.

Crab stuffed shrimp is good. Lobster fettuccine was ok. Margarita's were way too sweet. Next time I'll stick with beer/wine. Well decorated interior. Servers try to stay out of the way so if you want something you will need to go and ask or else you'll be waiting a long time. We sat outside and they played music videos similar to what you would find on MTV back in the day on the TV.

I visited on january 2016, was drawn to the restaurant because of it closeness to the central park and Cathedral. The ambience is very nice, confortable space, air conditioning, bathrooms, ample sitting spaces. Ordered the fried chicken fingers, they were not entirely to my liking. I recommend sticking to the crepes and sandwiches, that is there specialty. The natural juices were great, I tried the watermelon and melon.

Let me start with my buddy gave this 4 outta 5 stars. Pork was fatty, BBQ sauce was strange, corn was undercooked. Overall, okay place to eat.

I was in Comayagua on business for 5 days and we went to Sabor Colonial three of them. The bar is conveniently located right next to the main square in a safe part of town. The bar tenders were very friendly and all of the prices are very reasonable. We had a wide selection of dishes and everything was great. The steak on the mixed meat plate was wonderful and the shrimp mofongo (a puerto rican dish) was the best I've ever had. We were here for both dinner and late night drinks and always had fun. I will definitely be spending quite a bit more time here next time I am in Honduras. Este restaurante es perfecto.
