If you enjoy down home country style cooking at a reasonable price, this is the place for you. Located kinda 'nowhere' between Danville and Lynchburg, just off route 29, I'd advise sojourner to get off and try the food. It was all sensational. Reminded me of my Texas-rooted grandparents that made every meal memorable. Buffet style dining with pleasant ladies waiting on you frequently. You won't be disappointed. Closed Mondays through Wednesdays.

It's inside the subway on 29 southbound. The service is friendly. The yogurt is good but sometimes it'll have a little freezer burn on it. The normal flavors are normally okay tho.

I don't usually rate places like Dairy Queens, but this place was OUTSTANDING!
On the road from Durham to Harrisburg, PA.
Came upon the Dairy Queen about lunch time and decided to go inside and eat and relax for a tad.
My wife ordered a Salad with Grilled Chicken. I ordered the Turkey BLT. Service was fast, and the food was FRESH! The BLT had a fresh baked bun (MMMM) and defiantly gonna have it again around home.
The cashier even stopped by,"How is everything?"
Very friendly, Very Clean, excellent !!!

Stopped here for the famous Bojangles Iced Tea. Even though it was 9am on a Tuesday, there was a small line and the place was more busy than I would have thought. The tea, as usual, is excellent. At $1 plus tax for a large, it's an excellent deal.

Located in beautiful downtown Chatham, we are open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner. Our food is all freshly prepared including our breads and baked goods. Be sure to try our next door business, Le Petit Rebelle, a real bakery and coffee shop.
Was only open one week, received very good service. Overall the food was very good, great coffee, only disappointment were the home fries, made with a creamy base, my preference just a good potato would do the trick. The crossants (?) were second to none, excellent, buttery.

Fair atmosphere. Steak and Cheese was good, but very skimpy compared to most. Combo lunch specials were over priced. Friends ordered spaghetti and garlic bread was not brought. It appeared like they were trying to save money with smaller food samples....or even trying to save by not bringing all the food. Service average.

If you are in or passing through Gretna, Virginia, you must stop and try out this restaurant. The service is great. They have a separate bar and outside dining along with seating for singles to large groups. Great Italian and American food. You will not be disappointed.

A nice little Mexican restaurant with very good food quality. Salsa is better than some with more cilantro, which I personally like. My favorite dish at this restaurant is the shrimp quesadillas with peppers, onions and mushrooms. They have different beer and mixed drink specials every night and the prices are very reasonable.

We arrived on a Saturday night around 6:30 and were immediately seated. Moments after we sat down chips and salsa were placed on the table. The salsa was really good. If it had cilantro in it I didn't taste it. ( Not a big cilantro fan) Ordered a Sangria. It was nice and dark with plenty of ice..good!! I decided to start with tortilla soup then the fajita quesadilla with beef. Well, the soup was delivered to our table AFTER my huge, delicious quesadilla!!! Their tortilla soup reminded me of chicken soup without the noodles and just shredded white chicken, broccoli, zucchini and squash then tortilla strips place on top. Don't think of Chili's tortilla soup when you see this on the menu, totally different. The soup was also good but I couldn't finish it because it came out after the main meal. The atmosphere was nice and they had booths and tables available. A nice gem in Gretna! We're glad we decided to eat here.

We had reservations for 12 for a celebration of graduation, Mother's Day, and a birthday. They were slammed, but we still enjoyed ourselves, even if the service was a little slow. The grilled shrimp app and the crawfish were the 2 best things I had....MoreThanks for visiting us. We hope you will be back soon.
