**Lucile's Steaks & Spirits full restaurant is temporarily closed for renovation. Our hotel and bar will remain open during this time!**
Scenic location on the square in Centerville. I had the NY strip and it was done perfectly and was a quality cut. Potato was not overdone nor old. Another person in the north had chicken fried steak which sh stated was very good and masked potatoes were homemade. French onion soup soup a bit over salted but flavor was great. For desert we highly recommended the lemon berry cake. It was excellent. For 3 meals, one desert and one appetizer the bill was just over $75 which is a pretty good value these days. Decor is pleasant - 1st floor of a hotel I'd like to stay at sometime. Will definitely be coming back.

Your local restaurant for appetizers, burgers, tenderloins, salads, seafood, chicken, cold beer and fun! Located on the East side of the Centerville, IA square.
The burgers, steak fries, and tenderloin were all very good. The BBQ sauces very tasty. And the wait staff very friendly. Will definitely come back.

Excellent food. We were a large group (of family) and we mostly all had pizza. It was excellent – every type we ordered. The crust was very good which, for me, can make or break a pizza. Toppings were fresh and varied. Seasoning was good.
Also, the place has a nice ambiance. A fun place with a history. Service was also very good and friendly wait staff. They handled our large group very well.

While staying in Centerville, we stumbled across this place by accident behind cleverly hidden behind a car dealership. I'm really glad we found it because the food here was really great. And the margarita was even better :) People here were very friendly and again the food was really really good. i will definitely be back.

Stopped at the Double R Dairy Bar for an ice cream while traveling through Centerville. Best malt I have had in years! Highly recommend!

Tangleberries has it all! It is a restaurant serving up wonderfully tasty foods and treats, like homemade fudge. their trademark sandwiches (the Reubenski, the Turkey cordon bleu, the Italian Stallion, Ms. Prissy's Chicken Salad Sandwich, the Oinkin' Hot Pork Sandwich, and the Knotty Pete. Their soups and salads are top-notch, too! They have a wide variety of specialty drinks - my favorite is a blended latte. Tangleberries is also a gift shop with unique and fun items to browse through and purchase. AND, they have several beautiful suites that overlook the historic Centerville square. You can do it all at Tangleberries - eat, shop and sleep! And the hosts are fun and welcoming and accommodating. You'll love this place!

We took a large group here and the staff was very accomodating. The atmosphere was nothing out of the ordinary, but was relaxing and pleasant.
We all had the supper buffet. The choices were a little limited when compared to a larger restaurant, but the food on the buffet was very good. The fried chicken and mashed potatoes were especially excellent. The salad bar portion of the buffet was very good as well with fresh ingredients. My companions that had the ham said it melted in their mouths. The cooked vegetables were also cooked just right. The buffet had several dessert choices. The blackberry cobbler was excellent. There is also soft ice cream (very good on the cobbler), pie choices and cake as well. No-one in our party ordered off the menu so I don't know how that food fares, but the buffet is very good.

We camped nearby at Lake Rathbun and were looking for a place for supper. Since our family loves Italian, we decided to try Tivoli's. It just recently opened up so their décor is still in the works. However, their food is fabulous! They began by bringing a few baskets of homemade rolls and olive oil. They checked in with us regularly, keeping our drinks full and making sure we enjoyed our meal. I had the chicken fettuccine alfredo with a delicious, creamy sauce. My husband loved the Tivoli's Special which included sausage, chicken, green peppers, etc. over spaghetti and a red cream sauce. Our kids enjoyed the baked ziti and lasagna dishes. The supper menu is about $10-12 pp and the kids' menu priced at $5.99. The portions were good and we left stuffed. We definitely plan on eating here again when we are back in Centerville!

We order from this resturant often. Generally online, generally no issues.
However since the past three orders have been screwed up it's time for a review.
How hard is it to get an order correct with the correct items and correct quantities?
Tonight's order; we got only one order of breadsticks, should have been two and the order of breadsticks we got where wrong.
The last two times we have ordered breadsticks the orders have been wrong. How does this consistently happen? And why do they never include marinara sauce?
There are two other pizza shops in town that will get your order right.
