Things to do in Casma

My husband and I were traveling through the northern Peruvian coast and stop in the town of Casma. The restaurant was recommended by Fodor's and we were hoping for typical Peruvian food, normally very good almost everywhere. I ordered Salteadito and the meat was tasty but very hard. My husband ordered Tiradito fish and I tried it and I think it had too much lemon.
The service was good and the staff kind but the food was a disappointment.

Recomendado!

In the middle of nowhere, there is Las Balsas owned by Don Clemente. The restaurant has more than 40 years. The seafood is fresh and delicious! The best ceviche by far. The atmosphere is friendly, the food healthy, and the prices are fair.
