Speciality: rabbit in aromatic herbs known for meat dishes
Family- run restaurant which makes slow food a serious business. We had a superb Coniglio all'Ischitana (rabbit cooked in the traditional way) after fantastic amuse-bouche cooked to perfection. Only regret was that we cannot eat too much because we wanted to try everything. An absolute must visit

We felt as if we had attended a "Culinary Theatre"- entertained by a masterpiece production. During our dining experience, we were captivated by the skillful preparation /presentation of the plates combined with amazing imagination, the thrill of the ongoing anticipation of "what's next" and the accompanying array of positive emotion.
A Food Lover's opportunity to savour what food can be, at it's finest.

This restaurant has local atmosphere, but no view expect for a little neighborhood street (you can be seated inside or out, but the one time I sat inside I had a very closed in feeling) - it is family owned and operated with all members of this family being very friendly - a good place for pizza, but also offers many local dishes.

What a delightful treasure we happened to stumble upon at the summit of Epomeo!! The handsome Antonio (even hubby agrees) made us feel welcome and we had the most delicious paninis. Sharing a bottle of wine, enjoying the view was a highlight of our trip!

Visiting at the end of season and when the weather was decidedly inclement, Zelluso is found off the little piazza in Casamicciola and worth searching for. The food is good traditional fare. The Italian way is to have a first course of pasta then a main course of fish or meat so sides (contorini) may be necessary. The steak was well cooked and tasty and my veal was perfect. An excellent chocolate brownie followed with on another occasion a fab tiramisu Apologies for any spelling mistakes! Great mix of visitors and locals which makes for a comfortable feeling. Good beer here too by the way. Reasonably priced and good choice. I got the best laugh here - where mullet as in the fish - was translated into English as "haircuts"!

We stumbled across this place after trying to get into another restaurant that was rated much, much higher on Trip Advisor.
This place is truly a hidden gem. Our waiter/sommelier Tommaso Mascolo was warm and kind and efficient.
I highly recommend the tomato mozzarella soup appetizer, definitely worth the rather high price tag. The way the chef steams the basil below the bowl is unlike anything I've ever seen.
The entrees were wonderful. But the Deserts were something extraordinary. The pear juice wrapped in white chocolate served in a shell was incredible. See attached pictures.
I highly recommend this special place by the sea!!

We are open everyday... lunch & dinner.
What a location.
Not only a beach resort but a great restaurant. The views are fantastic out to the Mainland. Watching the moon rising during our meal was something special.
A good menu with many great dishes on offer. Carmine, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. Excellent command of English having lived in Australia and visited the UK. He even went to get more liquor nazionale, especially for us, having just run out. Now that is service!
Well worth a visit.

We stopped here for a Sandwich while we waited for the ferry. We ordered a Caprese Salad Sandwich which was big enough for the 2 of us. Bread and cheese were very tasty. Tomatoes could have been more ripe. The staff explained that they did not own the Seating outside, so just go buy a drink next door and we can sit down. Good help.

We came here for lunch while visiting the terme. It cost 70€ for two which included some clams, two plates of pasta and water. We of course trusted them that they would charge fairly but rarely do you ever pay €20 euros for pasta. It was a great location and service was very good.

Had a very pleasant lunch stop here. The food was good and value for money. Gino was a welcoming host. Got busy at about 1pm.
