The food and the staff were great. I had the Magnolia File, a filet mignon, accompanied by an apple and gorgonzola risotto. Delicious.
We were in a group of ten and the service was efficient and attentive, and everyone of us lived their food.
The bazaar includes some great LP finds, a range of books new and previously loved, and other bric-a-brac. Great place to dine in or to just go for a coffee.

The owners are very nice and the rahmschnitzel was good. Draft beer machine wans't working properly. the place itself is no big deal. I've been to lots of better German restaurants and I wouldn't go back. It's not bad, just not worth it.

Once again enjoying the wonderful atmosphere and incredible food of Chef Leo no Cannele Bistrot! This is simply the best restaurant in the Serra Gaúcha!! My favorites are the tuna and the 'bochecha'!! You must make time to visit when you are in Canela e Gramado!

Quality of the service does not match the simple architecture/decoration. From outside one can think it is just another ‘Café Colonial’ (local brunch style restaurants) but dinner service reveals a unique experience with very elaborated tastes. Well worth the visit.

Very good pizza with excelente favor, best pizza in CANELA. We ordered from the menu but they also offer a rodizo of pizza. Will be even better when they move to their new location in central CANELA!

We were tired and hungry and looked for tips at Trip Advisor to find a good place to have a late lunch. When we finally decided to stop at Sante Bistro, was a lovely surprise.
We ordered "polenta frita recheada com queijo" for entry, and then two wonderful pastas.
We are going back there for a next time, for sure!

Buffet 65,00 por pessoa, Salada, arroz, feijão, contra-filet, um risoto, algumas massas caseiras. Achei que era rodízio de Filet como escrito na porta mas não é! Comida caseira próximo da Cachoeira do Caracol.

The owners were very creative refurbishing what was a family house before. Rooms and bedrooms were decorated into lounges where you can have a private table. DJ’s vinyl music selection is excellent and, yes, the food is good and creative, too. Barmen are very efficient providing cocktails and drinks for your style.
