Situated next door to Caldwell best w eastern motor lodge...excellent foodAnd a very clean motor lodge with very clean pool...food is outstanding!
We were staying at the hotel next door and came over for breakfast. The cafe was clean and staff was friendly and great at their job. Coffee and other drinks were kept filled without having to ask. Would definitely go here again if in the area.

My husband and I were visiting the beautiful ape reCreation land and searched for restaurants in the area. So glad we found this gem. Bright atmosphere, friendly staff and absolutely delicious food ! No complaints here for anything. Everything is homemade.

We stopped at this location for gas. I spotted the Arby's and decided to get some Classics to go for our road trip.
Although the restaurant was busy, my order was filled quickly and efficiently.
The young woman who waited on me was kind and friendly. She asked each customer for their name and said the receipt would be in the bag.
I tried to offer her a tip but she said she could not accept it.
Instead, I rang the bell on the way out to show my appreciation.

We just stopped for a cup of coffee and dessert as we'd eaten about 2 hours earlier. This is basically just a nice old-fashioned local place, not fancy at all. Very friendly service and the size of the pie slices were pretty good. This is about the only place to sit down in town (there seem to be a couple of pizza places).

I have loved wallys all my life......but in a small town you expect home town hospitality. ....sorry you were having a bad day but don't take it out on paying customers!

Returning home from a camping trip in the New River area, towing a camper, we stopped here for a quick lunch and then to hit the road again. Access from the freeway was no problem but there was no parking available for rigs as is typical; fortunately, running next to the restaurant was a frontage road with enough of a shoulder one could pull off in a rig and park there as several of us did. The restaurant was busy with the lunch rush but it was clean and we were served quickly and politely with fresh food. It was a good stop that allowed us to get a descent lunch and quickly get back on the road.

While staying at a nearby hotel, we had to choose between Plus One and a national chain pizza place. We took the gamble on Plus One and we nailed the jackpot. Great pizza and cheese bread along with fast delivery. The driver forgot our 2 liter but went to a nearby gas station, picked us up one and brought it back in a matter of minutes. We fed our family of 5 for $30 (we tipped high because they deserved it).

We have (4) Subways in our local area (live and work) and this one rates next to last. We been here a few times with the same results as our current visit. The girl behind the counter was young and disinterested in what we wanted and how we wanted it. She skimped on the meat, cheese, and vegie's. Between doing my Wife's sub and doing mine, she decided that she needed to talk to this young boy, so she came out from behind the counter and spoke to him. Pretty rude! I don't mind paying for a sub, but i like to get what i'm expecting or close, with some sort of service that seems to care. After this trip, it will drop off our list to even visit.
