Unfriendly staff and obviously not in a job they love. The food was good but some things were just left off the plate (according to the menu they should be included). This couldn't be solved due to laguage issues. The kitchen closes at 10 and 5 to 10 the waitress took our orders for a dessert (cheesecake and coffee and ice-cream, nothing special), but she came back, without apologising, that the kitchen was closed. Even coffee was too much of an effort. I have never been in a restaurant with as ignorant staff as here. Shame!

Very nice coffee place,my favourite was Vienna coffee with whipped cream.Good choice of cakes, ice cream desserts and wine.They also serve freshly squeezed fruit and veggie juices.While enjoying all these treats you can connect with your friends and family cause they have good strong wifi signal.The staff are really nice but when it gets busy on a hot day they get a bit overwhelmed which results in slow service.But the delicious treats make up for that minor point.Definately worth visiting!

Lots of advertisement in Busko Zdroj - so I decided to stop over. Spent a lot of time there waiting for a waitress but no one came. I was there with a group of people, I ordered a salad - but I got my salad when everyone ate:( food is not tasty. I tried there the worst tomato soup ever. My salad was also very poor.

Fantastic sernik (cheesecake), great szarlotka (applecake), warm, friendly atmosphere. Fully recommended. Even though beer was a bit too warm.

I loved the pizza - lots of options to choose from and the ingredients look and taste fresh.
The place looks a bit shabby but for a cheap eat (or ordering at home/take away) is a very good option.
I was there two times and I would go again - it goes into the category: 'what you see, is what you get' :)

This is a nice hotel well situated.
The staff and friendly and efficient, rooms average but well furnished.
Food very good from a good menu.
The only downside at this hotel is the accessibility it is definitely not disabled friendly. There are a flight of steps to negotiate to get to the reception and the restaurant.
The restaurant was clean and well decorated.
Because of the access problem it is doubtful if I return.

I went there twice with my mom and daughter so the review is the opinion of 3 generations :) We all loved it. The waitress (each time different) was happy and attentive. Each of us had different coffee: espresso, white coffee and latte and each of us was happy with it. We tried chocolate and cherry cake and 'snickers' one - both home-made fresh and tasty. The must to pay cash was the only minus of this place but there is a cash point just outside so it's ok. Besides the prices are really reasonable (3 coffees, 2 cakes, and a bottle of water 37 PLN which is not even 9 Euro...).

Really tasty burgers in very good prices, delicious French fries with sauces, nice location (in a park, from the outside it looks like closed because the entrance is quite discreet). The place is very small and crowded, waiting time for the order is really long. Toilets are awful, there's no English menu, ordering at the bar.
In general it's quite OK, these burgers compensate some inconveniences.
