Hidden away down St Mary's street most visitors to our little town would not know it was there.
Only a small place to dine but very friendly and comfortable.
Menu is excellent and I do prefer the red Thai curry to the green one as its a bit too sweet for me.
The vegetable tempura is absolutely divine and a great starter with their home made sweet chilli sauce. We had pad Thai noodles for a change instead of rice and it went well with the curries believe it or not.
Over all this is a great place to eat and excellent value for money on a week day lunchtime as my wife often dines here with colleagues. The takeaway services offers 30% off the menu price so is also very good value for money.
Thai arts is in our top 3 places to dine in Bridgnorth as its very consistent and we shall continue to visit.

Casa Ruiz Authentic Tapas Bar. You will find us in the High Street of Bridgnorth where you will uncover a small corner of Spain waiting for you! Here at this family run tapas bar you will be presented with home cooked, freshly prepared food in our relaxing surroundings, all here in the heart of Bridgnorth.
We are regulars at this great tapas restaurant. Love the quirkiness of the place- steep stairs creaky floorboards and odd chairs. Such a relaxed atmosphere. Staff are brilliant particularly front of house Emma. Great approach, knows the food and great recommendations on wine. Portions are enormous, beautifully flavoured and always good quality ingredients. Even the bread and olives are something special. Extensive menu and always some very interesting specials. This is genuine rustic Spanish cooking. Book if you want to eat here it gets very busy

We visited on a Sunday when there is a special "Gourmet Menu". Wow ! The food was beautifully presented and tasted absolutely delicious. All four of us chose completely different meals and all four of us loved every mouthful ! The menu choice was excellent, being a mixture of new, different specials and old favourites. The service was faultless and the bill excellent value ! We shall definitely be back!

We found this place using the Trip Advisor App which I recommend when travelling. We called in for Sunday lunch whilst enjoying a day on the Severn Valley Railway and were delighted with the friendly service, great atmosphere and delicious food. It was our good fortune to eat here as I would have expected a place of this quality to be fully booked. Highly recommended.

A delightful Victorean inspired licensed tea room with a beautiful garden Terrace and glorious views over the River Severn and Low Town. Serving light lunches, morning and afternoon tea seven days a week (Please note that we only use fresh ingredients delivered daily, therefore it is always best to book at least 24hrs in advance for Afternoon Teas to avoid disappointment. Due to the unique nature and quaint charm of our property our kitchen is very small and this may cause delays during busy periods however we will make sure that it was worth the wait!! You can watch the Cliff Railway operating and see the winding house for the railway in action from the tea rooms. We offer exceptional service and food made fresh on the premises using local ingredients, make this place a must see on a visit to Bridgnorth.
Having had breakfast at 6.00am, by 11.15 I fancied a cheese salad Sandwich. The Winding House refused to prepare one for me. Apparently, cheese salad sandwiches are for lunchtime and lunchtime is 12.00 and not a minute before! I was offered a bacon Sandwich and even a sausage Sandwich because thats what they serve at 11.15. Even explaining that I'm vegetarian had no effect. No cheese salad Sandwich and thats that. So I went round the corner to the new place and they had no problem with my inconvenient request. Winding House, I've been a customer for years but never again.

Good, Home cooked Pub Grub.
Visited this pub on a Saturday evening. The food was lovely, traditional pub with traditional range of meals, portions were large and very reasonable priced, also a good range of ales on sale too!
The service here was excellent and staff very welcoming and friendly too!
Will be returning in the future but next time to try the Carvery.

The Boatyard is cafe/bar located on the banks of the river Severn in Bridgnorth. It is open during the summer months. There is a large garden patio, ideal for a sunny day. Dogs are welcome on the patio.
We popped into the boat yard for lunch in the middle of the week and asked about gluten free options. The chef, was incredibly helpful and made up a gluten free chicken burger which was actually great. We also ordered a bbq burger and a nachos meal which were all very nice.
Lovely experience by the river with fantastic staff

We dropped in here for a snack after walking around Bridgnorth town for an hour.Staff were friendly and welcoming, we sat right in the window at the front.A tea cake and scone were ordered and both were lovely, I get so frustrated when simple eats can be so disappointing but not at Giovanni's, a real homely feel.
