My wife and I recently visited here with friends from Australia and the USA. We thought an English Tea Room would be a nice experience for them. We were not disappointed. We all chose a different tea and, as a consequence, we each received an individual pot. This enabled us to do a taste test among ourselves. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. We didn't try any of the cakes as we had only recently had lunch.
Well worth a visit.

Visited for the first time with friends. Was a nice restaurant, seems pretty authentic and the food was very good. Had spring rolls and prawns in batter as a starter, had massamoom curry for main, beef was a bit chewy and not as nice as ones had in actual Thailand but it was OK. Others had chicken ones, which they really enjoyed then for pud, we shared ice cream and coc it rice which was nice. Most of the puds involve bananas so was pretty surprised to learn that they did not have any!! Service was good and overall a great night with a nice meal

Popped in for a quick lunch and had faggots and one of specials which was absolutely amazing and cooked great. The service was friendly and welcoming but slow and we waited 45 minutes between starter and main. But overall I would recommend if you want good, well cooked pub food. Also lots of ales to choose from and a decent wine choice

Local village pub serving good food and beers. Open log fires in the winter and dogs are welcome.
We were recommended to visit this pub by our B&B. Good selection of food, including "1970 favourites", which were delicious, very generous sized portions; do not go there if you are on a diet!
Staff very friendly. It was very busy for a Tuesday evening, which goes to prove they are doing something right.

The Longs Arms is a beautiful country pub serving cask ale and fresh seasonal food in a relaxed environment with warm and friendly service. We are located in the heart of the lovely village of South Wraxall – just 3 miles from the picturesque town of Bradford on Avon, and 7 miles from the historical city of Bath.
I’d book in advance as it can get busy but it is exceptional in every way. The food is second to none and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Everyone needs to try this.
Rob and Liz have created the perfect place for food or even just a pint. Can’t recommend it enough.

Walking round the town we spotted the restaurant tucked away - it's not obvious. When we eventually decided to eat out we called and managed to squeeze in a booking.
Food and service is excellent. Atmosphere is very cosy, feels genuine and the food is too. Plenty to choose from and a specials menu as long as your arm.
Everyone in our group loved what we had to eat.
I love little independent Italians and this is my new favourite.

I've visited the Lock Inn on numerous occasions. Usually with friends for a late breakfast. Large portions and very good quality. If you need a beer to wash it down then they usually have a couple of decent beers on tap too. Adjacent to the canal and lock so it's a nice place to people watch.

Inspired by the village bar bistros of South West France, the Bunch of Grapes is open for lunch and dinner every day. We close in the afternoons (Monday - Thursday) but re-open at 6pm when you're welcome for just a drink, for a quick snack or for dinner. We aim to be the perfect neighbourhood bar & restaurant.
Incredible menu and wine list. Really professional staff. Very well organised too. Great front of house team and equally good chefs. The house red served in a carafe is a true bargain. Just like being back in France.

Merkins Farm Cafe is set in the heart of the Wiltshire Countryside, and enjoys panoramic views. Start the day with one of our delicious breakfasts, or pop in for lunch, where you can choose from the set menu, or one of the days freshly prepared Specials. Treat your loved one to an afternoon tea, and taste our homemade scones. Proud to serve freshly ground Verde Coffee, just sit and take in the beautiful scenery and sip one of our creamy lattes. Merkins Farm Cafe is a refreshing, friendly place to visit. Come and spot any new additions to the fun interior. Bertha, the Caravan themed room is not to be missed. We hope to see you soon !
Once again the goods were delivered. I couldn't resist the full English again. My brother had just had some dental treatment so he was a little apprehensive about eating. He chose the 'scrambled eggs on toast' as a 'softer' option. Worked a treat and washed down with a pot of tea we were well satisfied. Busy as usual. The service was excellent and the food was served quickly. Great to be there again.
