Good food and reasonable service with the option to sit either indoors or out in the garden, which we did.
We went for a salad each, mine was a local version of a Caesar Salad, which had some additional ingredients, it was very agreeable and tasty.
The drinks selection was also fine.

We ate here during our stay. I found the concept and the meat choices very interesting. It was a heavy meal but fun. I wish they had a little bit different variety in the buffet, including dessert. The staff were nicel and the restaurant was quite cozy.

Nice place to eat fish on the island. The buffet is big enough and full of variety, to satisfy all tastes. The buffet system is very practical as you don't have to wait to be served, and there's meat as well if someone in the group is not a fish lover. Vey good the chowder, some fish was a bit dry but still good quality. wide choice of side course vegetables. Don't expect the higest gourmand level, but it is certainly a very good choice on this side of the coast, and the location, right on the sea, is a beautiful plus.

We passed by Hyttefadet on the way back from Møns Klint and decided to stop for a coffee and cake of the day. Good idea. The service was very friendly and the cake was great, Othello layer cake, tons of cAlories but that's OK, coffee good and the view over the small cute harbour good. Better than having coffee in the crowded Geo Museum on Møns Klint...

The interior is so kitsch that it is amazing. And the menu is straight out of the sixties - no New Nordic or French sophistications. People come from far and wide to experience one of the few authentic Danish kitchens left.

Heart warming service on a rainy afternoon in this lovely harbor town. The portion is perfect, drinks are uniquely excellent. It was a good finish for the Mons Klint visit. Looking forward to come back in a short time.Looking forward to see you again:)) enjoy you trip home:)

Loved the olde world nature of the building interior plus the option of outdoor courtyard dining. We went for lunch and while a basic menu, more a cafe selection, we certainly enjoyed our baguette, croissant and coffees. Service was OK, very pleasant, but seemed to struggle at times while trying to juggle shop and restaurant with same staff.

Mixed Italian menu, with both an Antipasto-Primo-Secondo part, and a selection of Pizza's. We were expecting more of a pizza fast food place, so this was a nice surprice. Not much for vegetarians though.
So we tried some dishes from the first part. The large prawns were a bit bland (as a matter of personal taste I find that usually to be the case).
The mussels in wine were really fantastic.
That was a recipe I would like to have.
The pasta dishes we had were good and tasteful. As a Secondo dish I tried the veal with mushrooms. Again tasteful and the veal was not overcooked or dry. I was only lead down slightly by the fact that the mushrooms felt like they came from a jar.
But in essence an excellent meal.
Weather was nice enough that we could sit outside.
Good and friendly service. Maybe not so much Italian atmosphere, but the food and service is good.
