After arriving at the Ontario airport, we consulted Trip Advisor for a restaurant along our route. This diner was rated #1 of 215 restaurants in Fontana. With the rating and the name, we thought it would be a fresh quaint bakery/cafe. Nothing could be further from the truth. This is a local version of a Village Inn type restaurant. It took 4 times sending our burger back to get it right, and it was average at best. Our server was pleasant and said she didn’t know why they had such a problem preparing the burger which was straight off the menu - no modification. Disappointing!

New, up and coming family owned restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious and a great value for the quantity and quality of the food served.

Simple Simon's is a Riverside landmark with a great menu and friendly people. Tucked away under the shadow of the Mission Inn it is a must for anyone wanting an outstanding breakfast and lunch. Simple Simon's is just that simple, you stand up and order, get your own drinks and get your own table inside or outside but with an elegant flair. The menu is simple but I know everyone can find something they like. My favorite is the BLAT. The plates are always arranged neatly and the ingredients are healthy and fresh. If that you still have a little room after the large portions you can purchase one of their fresh baked items.

Stopped in here last night for a meal while staying at the Wigwam Motel down the street (we are on Route 66)., having seen the good reviews on TripAdvisor.
THe pizza (12" Supreme to share between us) was very good, thick crust but very fresh ingredients on top (green pepper, white onion, sausage, ham, olives, etc). We had a half carafe of Chianti which was also fine and shared a slice of Ice Cream Cake which was unusual for our taste, but really quite good (quite Xmas like, with marzipan included?).
However, the restaurant itself needs a total make-over, it's a little scruffy, as are many of the clientelle!
Perhaps a take-away is in order to eat back at the Wigwam?

At In-N-Out Burger, quality is everything. Stop by to enjoy our menu of hamburgers, cheeseburgers, french fries and shakes. In-N-Out makes fast food the old fashioned way.
Nothing compares to an In-N-Out meal!!! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They offer way more than what is on the menu. Google the menu before you go! But whatever you order, it will be great!

Pancho Villa’s Mexican Grill & Entertainment is a unique four level theater style restaurant that offers a festive dining experience, creating memories that will last a life time. Pancho Villas is a socially and environmentally conscious restaurant that not only strives to deliver a unique dining experience but “Where celebrating becomes an experience”. Visit our NEWLY REMODELED restaurant; you will be impressed by our modern rustic look offering a contemporary yet romantic setting.
Mariachi dinner show worth a visit. Please make reservations because it does get packed. Two shows: one 7:15pm and the second one 9:15pm. If you make reservations for the early show you CAN stay for the second show even though reservation staff will tell you other wise. There is no fee for the show but you will pay for it in the form of food prices. Appetizers $12 dollars, main dishes $16- $30, soft drinks $7, beers $8, cadillac margaritas $16. Recommend the steak or fajitas. Live 10-12 person Mariachi band and some folclórico dancers. Good show and a good place to celebrate Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations etc. Mariachi music in Spanish of course but staff does make the show inclusive and speak English. After the second show is over then the Dj comes on and the dancing starts. Try this place out, it is fun!!

I like going to Taco Bell for the supreme burrito. The food is pretty good for fast food. The service is fast, and the workers are really friendly. Some of the newer stuff that they come out with keeps getting better and better.
