I had the chicken strip basket, it came with french fries, toast and country gravy. Much better than the fast food locations nearby. Service was excellent and I'm glad to see Orange Julius is now located in most Dairy Queen locations. Will return.

Prepared by folks from the Puerto Vallarta area, the food is tasty served in good portions. Nice decor and always clean.

Stopped in recently with business colleagues for some good coffee and fresh muffins in the morning during the mid week. They had 3 folks working the counter, taking orders and preparing your fresh coffee. The service was really fast, friendly and darn good. The coffee was good as well and everyone enjoyed the cup of Joe down the road. This place is always worth the stop.

I would put the steaks at Driftwood Inn up against any from any chophouse or 5-star rated steak house and believe the Driftwood Inn would come out on top. The rib-eye (regular or giant) steak, I would argue is the best in the USA. The filets, small filets (6oz) with shrimp and the country steak are all marvelous and a gourmet steak-lover's delight. Alice is a great waitress, and was attentive in spite of a full house on a Sunday evening. The Driftwood Inn is well known to locals and also to some of us who have to drive a bit to get there...it is always worth the trip.

My Walleye sandwich was outstanding; my husband’s burger was good. They serve cans of soda instead of fountains drinks (no refills). Prices were very reasonable. It looks like they’re working on an expansion, which is probably needed on weekends (currently 4 booths and maybe 7 tables).

A family friendly restaraunt that features hickory smoked barbecued meats, broasted chicken, steaks, phillies and burgers. Catering specialists for groups from 10 to 1000.
Been there many times. Food is better than he average Tavern Fare. Broasted chicken is superb. Waitresses were attentive and helpful. Owners are on the premises nearly always. They know you whn you walk in. No, its not in NY but the atmosphere is close to the one where everybody knows your name! Cheers!!

"One of the largest restaurants in Blair, NE. Quite popular, with a good selection of Mexican menu items".
My wife and I went here for supper again, and as always, appreciated the semi-quiet, semi-private atmosphere, and the good Mexican food. Maybe it's not genuine south-of-the-border, but for a Midwestern farm boy and his girl it's just fine. Good food, good service, good prices. We'll do it again!

You can't go wrong with this place. It can be hard to find the first time, but the food is worth it. The atmosphere is nice, but the furniture and decorations are somewhat dated.
Now for the important part: the food. The cook knows how to make a great steak and an even better prime rib. Best of all, they have great service. If something is wrong, then they will do everything they can to fix it. This restaurant is legit. Go there anytime you're passing through and you won't be disappointed.

In the 33 years I have lived in Nebraska, I have been unhappy with what they call pizza. I had heard the Butch's was good. that was a understatement!!I could eat it every day

Billy's Blair Maple Café was exactly what my wife and I sought for lunch. We wanted simple home-cooked food at a good price. We were traveling and wanted to get in-and-out without hassles. Perfect place for that! **GOOD** food! The loaded baked potato soup was marvelous. A sandwich and an iced tea, and we were back on the road. Americana at its finest!
