Beykoz (Turkish pronunciation: [ˈbejkoz]) aka Beicos and Beikos, is a district in Istanbul, Turkey at the northern end of the Bosphorus on the Anatolian side. Beykoz includes everything from the streams of Küçüksu and Göksu (just before Anadolu Hisarı) up to the opening of the Bosphorus into the Black Sea, and the villages in the hinterland as far as the river of Riva. This is one of the most pleasant and peaceful districts of Istanbul, with much greenery still intact. The mayor is Yücel Çelikbilek (AKP).

We visited at working day at lunch, cold tapases, salads were perfect.
Ambiance and location is perfect.
We ate red mullen and sole both were perfectly cooked and juicy and very fresh.
Service was good and on time, desert was ( ekmek kadayifi) perfect too.
Two notes, drink list was poor, price was very high.

We travelled over to Polina from the European side to breakfast with friends who have been coming here for fifteen years. I have to say the food and service were excellent, the surroundings quite lovely, and our children absolutely loved the place, as did we.
Well worth the journey.

Great location, just on the sea front part of Anadolu Kavağı,magnificent view with Bosphorus and fresh fish.At this restaurant,we strongly advise you to order fish and salad together with yr drink as the mezzes are not very good and tasty. We have experienced some problem with the hot mezzes and they were very weak and not tasty. However, sea bass and sea bream were perfecly grilled.Price was also reasonable for such good fish.Pls do not expect too much from the restaurants in this area, just order yr fish and salad with drinks and enjoy the food and view.

We ordered some fish dishes on this restaurant, and during the whole meal we were pestered by a huge amount of cats. The waiter didn't seem bothered about it, and when we were at half of our meals we wanted to order more drinks. We looked everywhere for the waiter, just to see him sitting in the upper steps texting.
After several minutes, my girlfriend decided to get up and go to him to order the drinks since it seemed he was not coming down, and as soon as she got up, a cat just jumped on the table and grabbed half of her meal, running away.
We complained to the waiter but he didn't offer us something else or even a discount...
Food was ok, but be aware that even if in the pictures it shows fish with some sides, when you order it only the fish comes up, no salad, potatoes or anything, you have to order it apart.
I guess there are some better options down on the pier..

I find it hard to find words except for "amazing". Food (real Polish food-rare in Polonezköy), service, atmosphere, portions (too big), taste, pricing, view is amazing. Gotta come at least one more. We are very glad to find a place to come with friends and enjoy beautiful atmosphere and delicious food.

It was a refreshing to visit this humble father-son run restaurant after fighting our way through the throngs of peddlers trying to drag us into their establishments. The fish was some of the freshest we have had, very fair prices, and the hosts are lovely. Most highly recommended!

A Turkish friend recommended this place and it was even better than we expected; not easy to find, hidden by a series of hardware shops, only a few, very simple wooden tables but divine soup and tasy fresh fish. The friendly and helpful staff makes it easy to order the meal as they bring to the table a tray with what's on the menu for you to choose. Price is a bit higher than similar simple places but this is what you expect for fish. A few minutes walk from the Galata tower but be aware that there are places with similar name nearby and that it is only open for lunch (at dinner the same place hosts another more expensive restaurant).

Great to be back.Abdullah is the place to savour the delicacies of the Bosphorus.Fresh fish daily caught as they are passing through the Bosphorus such as blue fish and bonito are available on the season.Today we had Turbot grilled to perfection.Chapeau !!
Must mention their chocolate soufle as a superb end to the gourmet dinner Apo offers to his hosts.
