Stopped in for lunch on way home from Myrtle Beach. I had the delicious fried chicken and with steamed cabbage and fresh cantaloupe and cornbread...most definitely true home cooking. And the pina colada cake was awesome. There were about 5 homemade cakes to choose from and several pies. Staff was friendly and accommodating. So glad we found this local cafe. We will return when in the area.

Probably the best option if you're in Bennettsville and don't want to drive to Cheraw, Hartsville, or Laurinburg for better choices.
I have tried sandwiches and salads, all fine but non memorable. The pizza is loaded nicely but I didn't see much difference between thin, regular or thick crust, and the pizza sauce is a matter of taste. To me it tasted like marinara pasta sauce and I didn't care much for it but your mileage may vary.
All in all, if friends want to take me here I'm perfectly fine with it but by myself I'd rather get on the road and go elsewhere.

Discovered this restaurant for the first time and glad we did. There were a lot of locals coming and going which was a good sign. The food and service was very good. Tasted like authentic Mexican. We will come back here!

Potato soup was great(outstanding) and the sandwiches were also very tasty. The desserts were homemade and the banana cream pie melted in your mouth. This is a small place and currently known to the locals, but this should change as word gets out. Waitress was delightful and very attentive.

We've passed the Stanton's sign on the way to the beach many, many times. Curiousity and love for food finally got the best of us. We popped into Stanton's on Saturday evening and there were a handful of tables full. The menu is average - my son got a burger, daughter got a BBQ sandwich and my husband and myself got bbq and oyster plate. The bbq was mediocre, oysters were over-breaded and the side selection is limited (upcharge for onion rings?!?) The service was lacking - with limited tables, our server came back maybe once to check on us. The dessert selection is okay but we decided this would probably be our one and only visit to Stanton's. On the way home from the beach we visted Shuler's BBQ in Latta which definitely appealed more to our likings.

Order was complete and correct. This is fast food done well, flavorful. I ordered a Hershey shake which was more like eating ice cream, not that I'm complaining, but I thought shakes could be drunk with a straw; this required a spoon.

The dining room isn't inviting, and the entire building is run-down-looking. The good is good, is a good value and is prepared fresh when you order. They do a lot of take out business. I have stopped for a bite here several times, and I will be happy to eat there

We stopped here on our way to Myrtle Beach from Charlotte. We had a great meal, and our waitress was very friendly. We had breakfast meal, omelette, and cheeseburger. All meals were really good. We will definitely stop here again.

OK - it's not fancy or "deluxe", but the food was fine and was in ample supply.
The selection was good and typical of this type of buffet. The food was tasty and hot and the buffet line was continually being replenished.
I always give extra credit for having ice cream - they had a couple of flavors available in the freezer, both of which were very good.
Since there is only 1 other review, I must respectfully disagree with the "avoid, avoid" designation. It's a fine place to grab a quick lunch while you are on the road and I would not hesitate to return if we happen to be in the area.

This Bojangles' is typical of fast food restaurants--quick service and decent-tasting food. I ordered the Chicken Supremes, which were hot and tasty--my favorite menu item at Bojangles; however, my wife's grilled chicken sandwich was a little on the cold side and had obviously been sitting in the bin for a while. The service was good as the restaurant was not particularly busy at the time we were ordering.
