Award-winning, handmade artisan chocolates, macarons, confections, gelato, & pastries
The assortment is huge. The quality is excellent. I was very pleased with my chocolate selections and look forward to going back. Bring your wallet and plan to spend some time at the store enjoying the gelatos, coffee as well as the chocolates.

I will start by saying that we LOVE this restaurant and their food. I would have given 1 star if it weren't for the food. Our party of 6 adults had reservations at 6:30 PM. Upon arrival prior to 6:30, my husband and I were seated immediately as we waited for the remainder of our friends. Looking back, that should have been the first clue into the type of service we were about to encounter. As we waited, our server never stopped by to introduce himself, bring water, ask about drinks while we waited for the others. Even after they arrived, it still took our server several minutes to simply come by and introduce himself. He left us for quite awhile, and then upon his return wanted to get drink orders, though we were ready to place our entire orders (because he had been gone that long). One person at our table only ordered ice water, and he said he would bring water for everyone. He only took drink orders and abruptly left when one couple tried to place an appetizer order. The entire evening was like this. We had eaten our appetizers and had our plates cleared before any water made it to the table - the water came 1hr after sitting! I was even offering my ice at the bottom of my cocktail to my husband who had no drink. 1.5 hours after being there we had our salads. Our entire meal lasted 3 hours! Our party would have gotten dessert, but we didn't know how long it would take and didn't want to be there any longer. If it was any other dinner, we would have gotten more drinks...but again, we weren't sure how long it would take to get them. At one point, our server came and tried to clear a plate from someone who had gone to the ladies' room. When we told him she would be back, he didn't even know someone was sitting there (there was only 6 of us, 3 couples). We even laughed that there was no way our bills were going to be right, and sure enough he messed those up as well. We debated on just paying the bills we got and settling them with each other after we left (because we didn't know how long it would take him to correct them), but eventually he did get it correct.
I am glad that all of us had been to the restaurant previously, because otherwise I would have been embarrassed that I was the one who recommended it. Our server was so out of it that it even crossed our minds that he was on drugs. When each couple received the bill, we just looked at each other not really knowing about what to tip him. Honestly, the service from this guy was so poor, he did not deserve a tip from 3 couples that averaged bills of $100. Three hours at this restaurant due to poor service is too long. We all commented that we were leaving hungry, because our dinner was so long.
In the future, if we decide to return, I would be very inclined to specifically ask to not have a certain server.....though there are many other restaurants in the area that have great food and far better service.

We bake fresh a wide assortment of pastries, cookies and cakes and serve specialty coffees made with a European flair. We have breakfast too, including Three Cheese Broccoli Quiche, Vegetable Quiche with Asiago Cheese, Ham and Cheese Puff Pastry and more.
I try to go Astoria every Sunday to pick up some croissants and other pastries. Their blueberry scones remind me of my favorite bakery in NYC and the apple turnovers are bursting with apples, by far the best I've ever had. I hope the place flourishes and continues to provide us with great products. Please give it a try!

What a find! We went on Valentine's morning, a perfect morning to be in Paris! Well sort of anyway. We even walked into seeing red roses and balloons!
It's a very small little place, it gets very busy and very crowded. There are a few tables inside and some outside and if you're lucky you might get one somewhere.
I love croissants and to get a flaky one that's not chewy is pure perfection and that's exactly what I had here, possibly one of the best I've had anywhere.
I also love danish, they were good, a little tougher than I like and a bit to much filling but still good.
It's just a quaint little place with quite a few selections. I loved it!

Here is the thing, I’m not that big into german food, having been to Germany, and having a German restaurant near my place back home, I wasn’t thrilled about eating here, but my brother highly recommended it, so there we went. Let me tell you, this place is AMAZING, very homey, home-cooked meal feel. Had the red pepper soup and the GB schnitzel which were both superb, also tried the chicken goulash, which was extremely tender and yummy. The owner and her daughters make you feel like family. I wanted to go back before heading back home, so I will definitely be back my next time in the area.

Extensive breakfast/lunch menu. We went for lunch and had the grouper sandwiche or we could have had grouper tacos or grouper reuben. Their Almost Famous Chicken Salad served on Texas toast is delicious with just enough mayo. Special kids menu is great.
