Batumi (Georgian: ბათუმი [bɑtʰumi]) is the second-largest city of Georgia, located on the coast of the Black Sea in the country's southwest. Situated in a subtropical zone near the foot of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, Batumi is a popular tourist destination known for its varying weather–it is a bustling seaside resort during warm seasons, but it can get entirely covered in snow during winter. Much of Batumi's economy revolves around tourism and gambling, but the city is also an important sea port and includes industries like shipbuilding, food processing and light manufacturing. Since 2010, Batumi has been transformed by the construction of modern high-rise buildings, as well as the restoration of classical 19th-century edifices lining its historic Old Town.

During my last trip to Georgia me and my friends ate a LOT of chachapuris in Georgia, but the one here (especially Ajaruli with ham in my opinion) was THE BEST in whole country. It is cheap, the portions are big, and there is legendary TITANIC, which two of my friends ordered, there were eating it for 1,5 hour and they barely made it, so really think twice before ordering that one ;)

The restaurant first of all is distinguished by its very elaborate cozy interior. There are many seat options for various occasions and different companies. In the menu you can find mostly typical Georgian dishes but all of them are served in a modern manner and are performed very well. The service was excellent ! However, the prices are a bit higher than in similar places. As a their own feature the restaurant offers a large buffet with local typical products for all guests for free.

Very nice place where you can eat local georgian dishes- I recommend chachapuri Laguna - chachapuri with cheese , raw egg and butter- one is enough for two.Service is kind. The place has part for smoking and no smoking people for what big obeisance for the owner.

Our hotel recommended this place for traditional Georgian food. We hadn't tried Kninkali and must say they were delicious. I tried the mushroom and my husband had the meat. Four pieces of each. We ordered 2 salads. One eggplant and walnuts and the other cucumber tomatoes and nuts. Most delicious salads we ate. Local draught beer and cola zero. Price excellent. We were so full we could even finish. Decor is lovely wooden rustic table and chairs.

If you are looking for comfortable place with traditional georgian dishes then welcome to Heart of Batumi:-) you will enjoy our special menu for special quests like YOU.
Service was welcoming and efficient, especially by Georgian standards. Others suggested the eggplant with cheese and it was a good tip. Also enjoyed a pork BBQ, and the chef’s special for the day. All good. It’s worth the effort to find the place. Our hotel, and others, not more than 50-75 meters from the restaurant had never heard of Heart or couldn’t find it.

Appreciate sweeping views towards West and North of the city and sea, from the Nephele Sky Bar located on the top 20th floor of Hilton Batumi. Open from lunchtime until late evening it serves some of the finest cocktails in the area. Enjoy sea breeze on the spacious outdoor Terrace while indulging in a wide range of Georgian wines and international spirits. Relax to some of the coolest music by the Black Sea while enjoying selection of delicacies prepared by our Chef.
Sitting on the bar at the top 20th floor, watching the city, the black sea or the lake - it's great. We had a few drinks, ate some sushi and enjoyed our time. We stayed at the Hilton and were looking for a late night...MoreDear Hagit A, Thanks for your visit and for taking time to share your observations. We are glad to see you have enjoyed your time with us. We look forward to hosting you again soon. Kind Regards,

Georgian food Prepared with FRESH ingredients & old Adjarian recipes
We heard about Adjarian hospitality, yet we did not know it's so awesome. Variety of delicious dishes from Caucasian region and Adjarian cuisine. Everything is so tasty, and you never want to stop eating. Well served with great service. Also, prices are not too expensive and portions are big. Loved it.

It's a trendy bar in Batumi.... Many hipsters (who don't like mainstream culture, so they try hard to be different). It's pretty funny to see how American hip styles are being appropriated..
It reminded me of Brooklyn.
For girls.... Easy pick up spot.... If you're American

We went there for dinner and we liked the atmosphere as it was totally Georgian. The live music and the food were good. It has a balcony which makes the stay appealing. The price of food is reasonable and the menu includes different types of food and various drinks like Georgian wine.
The big problem was the long time that it took for us to get the salad or even the food. So make sure you are not in hurry! Waiters can poorly speak English so try to keep things to menu if you want to order.
