I have often driven past the Primrose without a second thought. Today I stopped in for lunch and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and comfortable setting.
A decent lunch menu which was promptly served and thoroughly enjoyed. All in all a very relaxing and pleasant experience.
My only regret would be admitting I have never stopped in for lunch before now.
As hospitality like this is very hard to come by. I will look forward to returning and sampling some more of the great food.
Excellent...10 out of 10.

Carverys are not usually my thing, but decided to try the one at the Millbrook today.
From the start the waiting staff where very helpful and attentive to us. The dining room was well set out , nobody was squeezed in in spite of the place being busy.
The food was good and not over priced at all, plenty to choice from all good quality.
After lunch we strolled around the lovely Gardens which are well worth going around.
Overall we liked it a lot and will be back soon.

Lovely atmosphere in this cafe, relaxing and sophisticated feel. Not large hot food range, but breakfast, tray bakes and a good variety of hot beverages are available. Definitely a nice place when you just need to chill with a coffee. Staff are very friendly.
My only criticism is that the garden area of the cafe could have a lot more TLC........ if this was fixed up nicely it would definitely enhance the cafe's appeal.

I like my pizza. I like a thin or thick base and will try almost anything on top, (please note; rocket is for rabbits. You ever see a rabbit order a pizza?) I've had pizza all over the world, Northern Ireland, America, Poland, Australia, France, Spain and even Italy. I've very rarely been let down. I thought I knew what made a good pizza. Then I tried La Pizza Mia. Let me tell you what makes a good pizza, Toni makes a good pizza. The base is sensational. Each individual base is made each day and allowed to prove over night. The sauce, lovely tomato with the slightest hint of garlic, bellisimo! After that the topping is merely window dressing, unless you're a rabbit!

Coffee Cakes n' Breakfast
Been here a few times, and never disappointed with the freshly brewed coffee, the feeshly baked cakes/tray bakes or the consistently welcoming service. Small, butperfectly formed, Holly's is a popular place, so if you'd like a table you may have to wait. Or share; they're a friendly bunch. Good value, andif you're a WiFi junkie, you're good to go!

We had the 4-10-4 menu. The red snapper is kind of like mackerel, a deliciously textured fish, served on a bed of risotto, that was creamy and coloured with a touch of beetroot. There was an added spark of watercress and uncooked fennel - what? Yes, it was very thinly sliced and added a different texture and taste. The liveliness of the food matches the passion of the chef. Chef Matthew spoke with us and you could sense his passion for good, locally sourced food. My wife had the risotto. I tasted a bit! I had the steak Sandwich and wow, what a tendered, beautifully cooked steak, sliced on a brioche, and served with thin, freshly prepared shoestring onions. It is the detail and attention that goes into the food, and the playing with tastes that makes this a must go place. Can't wait to try their new sister restaurant in Belfast.

I visited this recently opened place which is on the site of the now closed Fish City. The place wasn't busy when I was there and the food I tried was better than previously available here. The menu appears to be a lot smaller that that of Fish City. Time will tell if they keep the standards up.
You could easily miss this place as its at the rear of Morrison's filling station but they have recently put up a series of signs on the electric poles as you approach from either direction.
