This small place has a nice atmosphere, very intimate and can be romantic in certain tables. The food is amazingly good, they served us 6 appetizers which filled us completely. It is very refined cuisine. The service was great, they served us late night with no problems.

I heard about this place from local who told me that this area had lots of families who had ties in Philadelphia and knew about how to make the real American cheesesteak. So, even though I wanted to eat Italian food while on vacation, I was intrigued, and had to give this place a try. First, their location is spectacular - on a cliff overlooking Miseno and the Med. Second, they have a big selection of cheesesteaks, more than I have ever seen in the states. I tried the "Philadelphia" of course, and it was awesome. Different than the Pat's and Geno's type of Sandwich in a wonderful way - tough to describe. I hate to say it, but it may even be better. If you are in the area, you must just try this for yourself! The wait staff was a little grumpy, but when you eat a steak Sandwich here, you won't care.

We stopped here for lunch on a Saturday in February 2014; one of the owners took care of us and he could not have been more accommodating. When we told him that one of us was a vegetarian he went to the kitchen and came back and asked if we would trust him; we did and what resulted was an amazing array of appetizers, each one more delicious than the last. Our pasta main courses were also good.
Fortunately for us the restaurant was not busy on this off season afternoon because when the owner learned, after asking us the reason for our visit, that we were in Naples to attend a language school he insisted we speak only in Italian and he took the time to correct our grammar and offer vocabulary in Italian when we got stuck.
In summary, excellent food and even better service.

I've been to the restaurant for two outstanding meals, among the best I've had in two years of living and feasting in Italy. The chef prepares exquisite and interesting plates, especially of seafood, that you won't soon forget. Coupled with the high quality of the food, the incredible view of the Bay of Naples ensures a delightful meal.
Go to Da Caliendo on an empty stomach ready to dine well and with plenty of time to linger over the meal and view. Keep a look out for the raw red shrimp appetizer!
The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Recommended also for large groups

If you are anywhere near this restaurant you must go. The food and the preparation is flawless. The seafood tastes as if it had just been plucked from the sea. The chef and owner, Luigi, is a young and very talented chef. His standards are high and his love of food and cooking are obvious in the way he prepares and serves his dishes. One of the most inventive dishes we had was a starter of Salmon prepared in whipped potatoes, cream and put into a scalloped shell. It was to spectacular . The Mussels and clams over Paccheri pasta was quite simply the best we ever had. There will be a long and successful career for this young chef and his restaurant. Seafood is his love and that love is passed on to you. Molto grazie !!

Il Portico also offers fixed price menus from 35 euro
I've been one night around Naples after work and my Italian colleague suggested me to try Il Portico as known for his special Italian food: the restaurant is very intimate, clean and well decorated, me and my partner really enjoyed not only the excellent food, but also the warm hospitality of the staff. A good value of money for high quality food!
Recommended for a friendly-lovely dinner.

This restaurant has awesome food! Perched high on the hillside with stunning views of Lao Miseno the Agriturismo Esperia is a family restaurant with a great menu, fantastic service and delicious food. We sat for a 4 course meal with large portions and great service. The gentlemen serving us was awesome and attentive, the restaurant was well laid out and we watched our food being prepared. Bring a huge appetite and pace yourself or be prepared to carry home your main course. Our meal cost us 35 Euro per person. Once again a fantastic experience!

This restaurant just came under new management along with the whole property. It's a stunning place with views that are spectacular. I have been here for lunch, a wedding and just for drinks. The food was marvelous and the service first class! In Naples people want it all - fresh delicious food , a great view and service ! That's exactly what you will get here ! It's also a hotel so if you like the place you can actually stay there. My top is that you start at the pool have a nice cocktail then have lunch at the restaurant then walk down to la Andrea ) hidden cove by the sea)for the rest of the afternoon for sunbathing and a swim. It's amazing! You could also enjoy just a snack at the pool . Either way it's a great place for honeymooners and friends- we love it!

The Restaurant "Tuna" is worth a visit when being around naples. The location along the harbour of Bacoli underlines the great composition of seafood. We blind-ordered antipasti and a variety of fish and were more than surprised of the broad range of fresh seafood. The price\value ratio was excellent and accounted <20 € per person.
